Starts at 12 noon until 10:00 pm live music lots of pirates always good for a laugh. Last year I counted six new SOA wannabe clubs in attendance. The usual shit load of custom Harley plus a few cool bikes.
The Telurides are a little loose by them selves because they have zip out thermal and rain liners. Riding to Logan in May they got too warm by the time I got there. Had to lose the liners for the rest of the day.
I own two pair of AGV pants Teluride and Solare. Never crashed in them so can't comment on that. They fit good but you have to buy larger than normal. Seems Italian guys are scrawny nancy boys. Telurides are 3XL Solares are 1XL and I'm not all that big 5' 8" 215 lbs. They are well made.
That figures I left too early to enjoy drunken douchebag manager night. Damn my luck, as far as threatened physical violence goes. I just love a guy that can describe a good ass kickin. Did crazy Harley dude follow you to the new spot.
Plus would be down for a smaller ride with Julie and some of the other kids in Hocking area. Some of you know the roads pretty well down there. I'm booked 7/19 and 8/2 pretty much open after that.
We're on the same track here, most won't ride unless it's perfect weather. There is nothing wrong with that but some of us ride anywhere anytime. A little cool weather or some rain is no big deal. I've never made a Gap trip that I didn't get rain for at least 100 miles. If you have the right bike and gear you can ride most of the year and distance is no big deal.
Lucky me, the local SOA wannabe's are just around the corner from me. So it's like Pirates of the Carribian every night of the week. Drinkin, punkin in the alley, gangin' fat chicks they got it all.
Anal or asshole you call it, I'm not going to pretend I know how far or often you ride. But for me a Saturday ride may involve a couple of state lines and 400+ miles, so I don't take chances with maintenance. Like my boy Hellmutt said its a sound investment of time& $$.
Almost forgot about the wannabe at the end of the patio who yell at his girlfriend for looking at the guys and their (jap shit). He was driving an Acura with a HD bar&shield in the back window. That's right no bike.
Stopped in for an hour or so, decent crowd parking is better. Crazy Harley dude rolled thru, you got to see this cat. 15 or more bikes showed, fun time sitting around talkin motorbike stuff.
