  1. IMDB link for those not familiar with the movie. Would be a good movie to take the lady to. Don't want these to go to waste!
  2. Phone book and a ham sub. do work.
  3. I have 2 premier passes to conviction tonight at 730 at easton. I can't make it so who ever wants them, gets them. I'm at my store in grandview right now, so just call / pm to pick them up! 614-736-7355
  4. I've never personally bought a salvage / rebuilt car, but know people who have. If the car has a rebuilt salvage title, say from a wreck where it was fixed. If the car was inspected thoroughly by a bmv, it should be good I'd think. It kills the value of the car, just because it says "salvage", but if its all been done by the dealer, I wouldn't have a problem buying it for the right price.
  5. its was pretty funny. Definitely worth seeing. I'm not sure if it was my favorite jackass, but the 3D was pretty cool.
  6. So an unlocked Motorola droid wont work? I thought they were dual band on verizons world network? I had an unlocked storm before, thats why i ask.
  7. I'm just looking for a droid phone just to mess around with. I know the first droid is unlockable, but would you recommend it? I dont really want to pay $400 for a nexus, because I'm sure I'll end up sticking with my iphone.
  8. Thank you. And just to clear the air here. I DID love my b5. It was an awesome car, it was super comfortable all year round, and if I had the money to throw at it; I would have kept it. I got rid of it because the thing needed around $1700 put into it, just to make it run right. Audi's are awesome, you just have to take care of them; like with any car. This 300zx is a car I've always wanted, and I honestly am glad its not a TT. I wanted a car that would look cool and that I could have some fun in. I did research and found people have as many problems with those TT's as I did with my audi. This car feels pretty solid, and I feel like I could rely on it. I just found out the rear main is leaking, so I have a winter project, but it will cost a hell of a lot less than fixing my audi would. I had probably 4k total into the audi, and didn't want to pay a penny more. I'm not going to try to modify my 300zx to a 500hp n/a, that would just be a waste of money. I feel like I made out in this deal, and I know I can sell it in the spring and definitely profit.
  9. Dude youre just a hater, aren't you?
  10. Thats actually a really cool idea! I didnt even think about that. I'll consider maybe doing that once we get the rest of the little rust spots off.
  11. I've had a lot of people say to go for black, mind you though, thats coming from high school kids. But like i said, it was just rattlecanned so it wouldn't be just bondo-glass and bare metal until we finish it
  12. When I got the car it had a rust spot in the t-top. We got that all cut out and filled in, then we had the idea of maybe painting the part black. The car is black and white already, so I thought it would fit in. We just did a quick spray on it, it will have real paint next time around, I'm just getting some opinions. Black... http://i384.photobucket.com/albums/oo285/TheMackOutlet/Mobile%20Uploads/IMG_0574.jpg Or white... http://i384.photobucket.com/albums/oo285/TheMackOutlet/Mobile%20Uploads/IMG_9381.jpg
  13. wow this thread blew up hahaha.... You guys can go ahead and talk about this, I'll just see you at a meet
  14. Well.. i need a winter car ? I'm thinking like a subiwagon. It needs to fit 4 people with snowboards
  15. Yeah I decided if I get another audi, it will either be: lower mileage with a book full of service records, new under warranty, or when I'm rich. Most of which probably wont happen any time soon.
  16. well, hopefully they'll be less expensive and less frequent. My audi need struts, control arms, and a tune just to be comfortable. I think I made out on the trade.
  17. So I finally just said fuck it, and listed my car for sale, and started looking at others. I looked at this 300zx the other night and decided to get it. It feels pretty solid, and has 120k. Its a non-turbo, but that's more what I was looking for. I wanted a car that I wouldn't have to fix every other week, but could still be fun. Only problem is that I'll have to find a solution for winter. The car is mostly clean, it has a small rust spot on the T-top, and a ding in the rear quarter. I should have those fixed soon enough, and the paint on this will be hella easier to match than 12 year old tri-color pearl My question is... What else can be done with these N/A motors? It has an exhaust and coilovers (i think, still need to get under it). Can these be tuned to squeeze a little more power out of them? I don't want to go to the extent of doing a TT swap. This is just a cl add pic, the car needs washed; then I'll take some nicer pix. GONE... http://i384.photobucket.com/albums/oo285/TheMackOutlet/Audi%20a4/DSCN0094.jpg new 300zx! http://i384.photobucket.com/albums/oo285/TheMackOutlet/Mobile%20Uploads/IMG_9747.jpg
  18. I just used the one thats OTA, I can't remember what it is called, but it worked for me!
  19. I've been watching all of the episodes available on hbo on demand lately. This, weeds, and dexter are by far some of my favorite programs on tv.
  20. I need some struts for my 98 a4 quattro. Just posting to see if any of the b5 a4 / s4 audi guys here have their pre-coilover set still. Just need something that works. TIA
  21. sweet link! maybe if I blow up a 110 or 125 I'll just buy a new racing engine
  22. I've been there a few times and the food was great! Not worth the wait though. Man vs food was also in ohio at ohio deli for their big sandwich. I'd rather have ohio deli food than thurmans.
