  1. With no video and the tox report GF would just be another fentanyl OD. I do scratch my head as to why nearly every killed person championed by BLM was a thug acting thuggish, surely if the police killings happened as often as BLM claims then there would be stories of innocents. Breonna Taylor doesn't count, she was a drug dealer. I did some quick napkin math and being conservative in assumptions came up with like 300,000 black person & police interactions per year. I think for 2019 the number claimed was 19 killed by police and 5 of those were unarmed. It really is quite rare - not endemic of the the entire police in our country being all bad. To make that claim is just asinine. I'm all for police accountability and cracking down on police brutality. I feel it's mostly the police unions that are the biggest problem. Edit: I want to be clear I think no-knock raids and for the most part 99% of raids are entirely uncalled for.
  2. There isn't a headline in that circumstace.
  3. They don't have access to getting IDs so how would they have access to getting a vaccine passport?
  4. Moving towards two different countries. One where life will carry on like normal, much like before the pandemic. Another where ridiculous, do-nothing vaccine passports and pandemic restrictions are still in place after any threat is gone.
  5. Showing up to microcenter 2-3 hours before they open for a couple days is the easiest way.
  6. Latest bill is still less usage than same period ast year
  7. Yes, term limits, age limits, family limits like no relatives being elected to the same position within 1 or 2 terms.
  8. Checked my usage and last 4 months I've used 39ccf less than last year.
  9. Normal, maybe a little less. Haven't seen the bill that includes this cold snap however.
  10. what happens when assholes collide, sadly
  11. Every President does horseshit pardons on the way out
  12. Dang, sold what little I had left a few months ago when @ 18k
  13. Yeah I wasn't implying it was being hidden, just that it dawned on me now and was commenting that the tax returns released/not released didn't happen to be a larger story this time around. As I said I don't view their release as being that substantial so was bit relieved to not hear about that aspect.
  14. I'll give my wording is a bit awkward but I meant NPR broadcast was part of my news media exposure, and that is a broad feed and not streamlined to my reading habits.
  15. I don't care about the tax returns (any politician not a complete idiot has their money elsewhere, i.e. charities that don't do anything charitable) and only thought of it because of that article and realized I don't remember hearing them harping on about how Trump did not release his. NPR radio broadcast was part of that which I'm pretty sure doesn't get algorithym'ed specifically to me.
  16. I did not doubt that Biden did release, just saying Media didn't make much of a point about it. Maybe I tuned it out.
  17. Didn't hear anything about Biden releasing his taxes. Not even that he did release them and Trump still hasn't. It's a dumb thing to focus on regardless. Quite a few charities are like that btw. Tons on salaries and little to their actual cause.
  18. Not if you me and everyone wear our mask
  19. Noticed people wearing masks less since the election.
  20. I guess it ties to the concern over the claim Joe got the attorney or whoever investigating Burisma removed? I think the NYPost/Laptop stuff is viewed as corroborating, albeit circumstantial, evidence for the people that think Joe was acting improperly there.
  21. An ambulance would have just called the police instead of approaching.
  22. I haven't followed the thing too closely. The primary accusation I think goes a bit like this: A) Hunter has a been screwup his whole life B) Burisma puts Hunter on their board despite lack of qualifications C) Apparently there is an email(s) from the laptop referencing a meeting between Burisma execs, him, and his dad. (before or after Hunter was on the board I'm not sure) D) Accusation is Hunter was acting as a bagman for Joe Biden while he was VP
  23. Season 1 was pretty good. Don't know what to think of season 2 so far. It feels a bit different.
