    GM...would you?

I would take it. Invest the money and get another job.
  2. One try.... that was stupid.
  3. The Man Who Sold the World - Nirvana Original by David Bowie Sympathy for the Devil - Guns N' Roses - Rolling Stones
  4. HIM - Wicked Game Original was by Chris Isaak
  5. Does it come with the pink sunglasses????
  6. Dumping it all in my money market account to push it into the highest interest tier.
  7. Lost mine once. At least 6 months later I get a call from the post office saying that someone put it in a mail dropbox. It didn't have the $8 in cash or the $10 BestBuy giftcard anymore, but everything else was there.
  8. I was wondering the same thing as Bob and Tom is absolutely horrible. I haven't been turning the radio on during my morning drive since that shit has been airing. Blazor & Mo were quite funny at times.
  9. Can't make a conclusion without probing the connections. Could also possibly be a fuse. BTW, the real answer is: D. It's a Ford.
  10. Thanks for the replies. I have to go to Columbus anyway this week so the gas isn't an issue. Mouser lists ~$10 shipping. I didn't want to mail order it just for the principle of not paying 1000% of the cost of the part for shipping&handling, and fixing the system is not a high priority.
  11. I'm having a very hard time finding a male 6-pin mini-DIN connector to repair a speaker system. I had no luck looking around shanty-town Marion and was wondering if someone knows of an electronic hobby shop in or around Columbus. Think of RadioShack on crack. The guys working at RadioShack didn't have a clue of what I was looking for. Yes, I was able to find the part online very easily, but online vendors want $10 for shipping&handling on a $0.50, 1/2 ounce (at most) part.....
  12. I've gotten 3 12 month 0% BT offers in the mail the past week. Discover, BoA, and AMEX. As said, don't kill the cards if they are your older tradelines... that would do more harm than good to your credit score. You can keep it open but not use it, the bank won't make any money off of you just the same as canceling the cards. Unless of course if there is an annual fee. For a good credit score it's best to use the card at least once every few months and to keep the card issuer from dropping your account. There is no need to carry a balance as that information isn't contained in the reports (only the current balance is reported.) If anything, carrying a balance will hurt as your revolving credit utilization could report higher, and high utilization is one of the worst hits.
  13. They have the best gas cash rebate credit card. 5% flat, no bullshit involved like limits, minimum spending, spending brackets. Also anyone can join if you become a member of the National Military Family Association for a $20 fee.
  14. Yes, but only to build credit history. Do not have it be anywhere near what you make a month, probably not even 50%.
  15. You don't have to be an automotive engineer to get a Driver's license, do you?
  16. Haha.. Little sidenote: DEI term was used on the NA 13B rotaries of the GSL-SE and FC RX-7s. It supposedly supplied about 1-2psi to the intake charge.
  17. Most of the electricity will be going through the switch but still some would be going through the bulb (enough to be visible is a different question). Electricity does not take the path of least resistance exclusively, if so then parrallel circuits would not function as they do.
  18. Uh 26 is wrong, all 3 will illuminate just the middle light will be dimmer. 48 is really a combination of the second and third answers; I figured the 2nd was more accurate. Other than those two I got a 96%
  19. Zelda, the degenerated sister of the wife in Pet Sematary. Still totally creeps me out.
