I downloaded it from piratebay(would've been pissed had I payed for it). The movie sucked a mule dick, but I thought the ending was great.
If you guys want to see an AWSOME movie ending, watch "A boy and his dog". It was made in the 80s or something, but its a great movie.

I felt it in Cinci

I can get some measurements this weekend for you. I wear a size 32 and the seat is not really all that tight on me. The seat is REALLY light though, I would estimate less than 10 lbs with the rails by the feel of it, but I will weigh it for you to get an exact number.
-
I bought this a while ago but cannot use it now because it does not have a submarine belt hole. I just picked up a couple of Kirkey seats, so this one needs to go.
The seat is a black "Roadster" model:

Comes with black bolt in aluminum rails:

It has never been installed, asking $500 for the seat with rails. I drive between Marion and Cincinnati every weekend, so I can meet up anywhere along that route.

Does anyone know of a shop in the Mid-Ohio area that can do turbo balancing? I'd rather get it done locally instead of having to pay to ship a friggen 50lb turbo around.

Burn it with fire

Been listening to some older stuff lately:
The Pixies - Where is my mind
Violent Femmes - Kiss off
Operation Ivy - Take Warning
Silversun Pickups - Lazy Eye(among others)

S480 has a 1.32 a/r turbine housing, GT42 has a 1.01 a/r turbine. Miller, your pm box is full, the turbo is sold.

My dad found a 96 or something Civic on Craigslist in December with a hole in the block for like $600. It was in great condition, spent $400 on a used motor and I managed to get $3000 out of it... That doesn't happen very often. I never look for them though, I just wrench.

If it ever spools.
After trying Turbonetics and Garrett, I decided to give Borg Warner a shot. Their prices seem to be very economical compared to Garrett. I picked up this S480 brand new for only $880 and the build quality seems to be excellent. Anyone have any experience with Borg Warner?
This will be going in my purpose built autocross RX-7.
GT4202 on the left for comparison.

Sold.
Guess I get to buy a new turbo!

bump

Is that a no then? I can throw it on the lathe at work and turn it down to 4" if that would help...
Hit me up on AIM: Limitedslip7 or call me at 740-361-5337 if anyone is interested

5", but there is plenty of material there to turn it down to a 4". I can turn it down to a 4" for you if you would like to work out a deal.
-
I did not get the chance to max it out. I need a larger turbine or turbine housing for my PP now and I can just about upgrade to a larger turbo for the price of a new turbine housing. If this turbo doesn't sell, I'll just spring for the turbine housing, but I'd rather go with a larger turbo now to meet my goals.
I drive through Columbus almost every weekend, if someone is serious about buying it, I can meet you somewhere so you can inspect it.

Sure do, here is a link to all of the specs:

Should be good for 800whp on a piston motor... I made 530rwhp at 18psi on my rotary

Fail.
(Not saying I wouldn't hit it though)
-
Going with something bigger, so I no longer need this. I ran it for a bit last summer and only put maybe 2000 miles on it, if that. Still in perfect condition. Turbine housing is a 1.05 A/R T6.
Asking $850

Fucking sweet! I agree that car does look like ass, but the sound of a new larger displacment rotary design really gets my gears going...

The race with the Cobra on spray was very close, pretty much a drivers race. I pussied out and hit the brakes around 140ish, the road was way too narrow to be going that fast on.
Rx7store did do the original street port; I did the bridge and back cut, enlarged them, a bit of bowl work, and cleaned them up. I also ported my exhaust ports out quite a bit bigger.
I would love to come down to QSL this weekend, but I'm friggen broke as hell, don't even have money for gas. I'll probably be down there in a week or two when I can get another paycheck.
-
I had these guys tune my car last weekend, they did a fantasitic job. I think I'll be taking my car back to them in a couple of weeks for a racegas tune.

I can weld it if it's not too thick. What alloy is it and is it portable?
