Well, lets say Im only working 1 job, therefor I have no extra money in savings. Now I lose my job, how will I support my family? I cant, I would be living week to week. You failed to read me saying im also saving for my kids college funds and put up money for a rainy day. just cuz im not around my kids as much as some people doesn't make me a deadbeat dad, I love my kids and if I could not work at all(hit the lotto) I would spend more time with them. sometimes I let my boys stay up past their bedtime just so I can get some more time in with them. No choice is easy to make, but thats just life.

Yup 25+mph is wreckless op. Your gunna lose your licenses for a wreckless op, not go to prison. I said normal people dont normally repeatedly break a law that would land them in prison. Speeding tickets are 1 thing that wont land you in prison, therefor it really doesnt matter how many you accumulate in a lifetime. Getting a wreckless op is another and most people dont go that fast again after their first wreckless op cuz they realize how harsh the punishment is.

Cnc machining, I went to college for cis. Not sure what that has to do with anything? I used to work at catlow(look em up if your interested, shitty job though) never worked in the it field, but I do know my way around a computer, even b4 I went to college. Alot of pushups and mountain climbers actually, I never really had a reason to argue with anyone, except this one bitch E6 who i.called out in formation(bad idea, but atleast she showed me respect afterwards) i.was just an E4, never cared to rank up as I never planned on making a career out of it and i.didnt want to deal with all the bullshit.. Im alot different in person than you would.think, sure im.a dumbass on here, but im a nice person in person(unless someone gives me a reason not to be) I pretty much get along with anyone and everyone. considering he has burned bridges with the company.that is going to hire me(which is why they are shitcanning his contract) I currently work as.a.contractor for DPL, I am going.to.be working for DPL, I have plenty of references for.this.job and i.do.know the big.guys here, after all I see them all the time. This company loses employees left and right, I wonder why? Do you think.im.the first person shit like this has happened to.at this.job? HELL NO and I wont be the last. This guy is running his business into the ground, sux for him, maybe if he would actually listen to people(employees and contractor work alike) he wouldnt be losing all these employees ans contracts.

Actually, thats pretty much what he said. I wasnt bout to post our entire convo, that would of took forever. When my boss sais 'im the one that pays you' sure its true, but that doesnt mean he is the ONLY one that pays me, besides come july im DONE eith this company. DPL is gunna hire me on at $13 to do the same exact job(thats when we are losing our contract, wonder why? Infact we are losing alot of contracts, again wonder why?) $13 > $8 for the same exact job, this guy is a cheap bastard too, this position is supposed to pay more, but he is greedy and doesnt pay his employees what shoukd be payed. Btw did I mention my last 4 paychecks have been WRONG? Yup, that pissed me off, how are u gunna tell me your the one paying me when Ive been getting short changed on my checks and not expect me to get pissed off? Although I suppose its my fault for not riding his ass and trusting him to fix it.
