Had to go to The Palms for a lottery service call at 430pm. I end up being there till 7. The place is filling up. I know they've had some trouble there in the past. Steve at Truth and Triumph is good, he's gotten awards from tattooing at Hell City, he's my guy and where I have sent some others. No complaints from them so far. Most tattoo artist prefer to draw their own though and not to copycat images, that way there's no duplicates of what you own. However use that pic though to inspire what you want. Matt Clemmer is pretty good too, he's at Wells and Co. There's several good artists in Dayton area and there are the share of shitty ones. I can send you links to their work if you want.

I've had Spark before, it works for a while but like anything else.....I developed a tolerance

you need to switch it all up then, I will switch to Arbonne Fizz sticks once in awhile but end up back on Spark, shit's like crack! I'll get you and Snot a couple to try next time I order. Ever since they switched from the tabs to the sticks I limit on how many I buy.

I weighed 200 in college. Dropped sodas completely and began running a couple miles a day. Lies a day and dropped down to 160 in about a yr.

I hate to admit it but it is, that stuff will kill you in the long haul. I'm sure you feel 100% better too. I used to drink Mt Dew all the time, I quit that almost a year ago. I'll have a Pepsi or Coke when out for lunch but will not buy any for the house or car ride. Mt Dew tastes nasty to this day, I'll take a sip from the kids and I end up spitting it out. Between what I do at my job, no pop, and low calories I've lost 60# in about 10-11 months

I stopped soda a long time ago. My issue is it takes a lot to get my heart rate up and stay up.

Not bullshit, there was a temp one on my husband but soon as truth came out in court she was arrested when they had the hearing. He was appointed a public defender.

Far as the one with a trial and magistrates decision... that was her trying to get one on me. Since I didn't agree to it, it went to trial, was not in her favor.

You can't just get a protection order, you file for one, there's a fact finding hearing typically at the hearing, then the magistrate sends you his decision, there's 7 or 14 days for a party to appeal it, if no appeal the judge signs the decision and it's ordered.

If a party lies to get the order that will land you in jail with falsification charge.

Yes this is from experience. My husbands ex lied and went to jail for falsifying. Tell them to quit being a pussy and just avoid the situation.

I have raised three kids, not a one of them have any desire to hurt innocent people! They have better things to do! As a parent you see and notice when something ain't right! They have therapy and juvy detention for heathens like these. Ok, guys can do some dumb stuff...I don't get it either, but women are just as bad at times. The whole child support/visitation/custody situation in general is skewed very favorably toward the mother from my personal experiences. I have been going through a tough situation with my ex so I can kinda relate. In my case, my ex is a bit off her rocker and shares a mutual hatred with my wife which makes home life "interesting" to say the least. Honestly, I can't stand my ex at all for many reasons including constantly taking me to court at every whim she gets (to the point where my lawyer said if she keeps it up she was going to go after her for reimbursement for MY court costs), calling child protective services on me for false accusations of abuse (again proven unsubstantiated in court), calling around to my work to find out if I had had to work on the days I had my daughter (and threatening to call the police if I leave her at home with her step mother), sending the police to my house on various occasions where she thought I was not home with my daughter stating that she feared for her safety, going after me for additional support once she found out that I was adopting my step daughter (her bio father bailed on her when she was 6 months old with no support paid or visitation in over 6 years) so that I couldn't claim her as an additional dependent for three years until the next "adjustment", and just generally being as ass telling me how much of a P.O.S. I am and that her "new" boyfriend is a better Dad than I will ever be...in front of the child no less. She has been involved with many heated arguments with my wife...she knows just what buttons to push to provoke her. All of this has led to a mountain of resentment on all parties involved. It's to the point where my wife pretty much wants nothing to do with my daughter and I no longer look forward to the visitations like I used to due to all of the headaches and legal battles. I can just hope that when she gets older she will see what her mother is like and understands why things are the way they are now. I still love her to death, but her mother has sucked all of the joy out of spending time with her. Sorry for the long rant...

Dude, I know exactly what you are talking about!!! You're not alone, we had to go through the accusations of child abuse and many court visits as well. Sorry that you and your wife have to deal with that. It's not mentally healthy. Trust me, we have been there and right now things have been calmed with the husbands bitch face ex's bullshit. I keep waiting for the bomb to drop with her again. She went as far as trying to get a protection order twice! Went to jail herself for Falsification. It's costly and it isn't in the best interest of the kid. They don't benefit from a jealous ex! Rant on...it's good to get that shit off your chest! Sadly, my step son will never know what's up her, which is probably best for him.
