Just been really busy. And lost track of many friends. I got to

try and keep in tabs with everyone for now on. I kept in tabs

with a few but not enough.

But as for right now. I don't have anything going on. Other than I will be

starting another car project soon.

man I can't get that site to work and I need service pack 2 also (among other updates). The page always comes up with an error. This connection here is like 1 step better than having nothing at all.

I had to turn off all spyware, anti virus and securities to get it to work.

With good connection still took an hour. I also had to update everything

else before it would let me install service pack 2. Hope this helps.

I am trying to install some new software. It says I need

I'm agreeing with you, to a certain extent. What im trying to convey is most CCW owners that i know like to inform the officer regaurdless of whether their gun is locked up or not.

 

however i've never heard anything about it being a felony if you DON'T tell the officer while he is conducting police work. I've always just been told that it would be a really good idea to do so.

Yeah it doesn't hurt to inform the officer. Its in the ccw law book for

felony if you don't tell and they find out or even ask you and you have not informed them.

I was under the impression that you have to tell the police that you have a permit even if you dont have your firearm. otherwise i think you can get into trouble if the run you and it comes up that you have a permit. I was also under the impression that if you break any of the rules like the open carry rule, its an automatic felony. I could be wrong, but i still wouldnt want to give them the chance to take my permit away.

If you have your ccw and don't have a weapon in the car when you

get pulled over. You do not have to tell them that you have a ccw.

If you have your ccw and get pulled over with a loaded weapon locked

up, and you do not tell the officer and then he asked or finds out himself

it is an automatic felony.

Anytime an officer is doing actual police work and your involved in any way

you have to tell them that you have a ccw and your carrying. If the officer

is not doing police work your do not have to tell them if you don't want to.

Well I would have to say, I don't know the situation. And I did not feel

I was bashing him at all. He is the one that said he may have a drinking

problem. That is all I was commenting on. And all the stuff that he

sees over in Iraq. I can't say I don't blame him if he does have a drinking

problem. That is all...

The reason he hasn't drank in 5 month's is because he has been making sure our sorry ass's can. Not becuase he has a PROBLEM with drinking. He's home on leave from Iraq. Alchohol is illegal there. All he wanted to do was come home and party his ass off in his home town. Maybe if one of his buddies was with him things would have been differant. I don't even know this guy. But the way people are chiming in nearly a week after with their copy cat replies, is retarted. Those of you posting the same shit that has already been said, you're awesome. How about we let this drop? I think he has aready had to go back to Iraq. I'm sure the point has been made. I think the balance is that he will have his life at risk for us for the next few months. Scott, If you know you have a problem why don't you seek some

help. The hardest step is to realize the problem. So your already

started toward the right direction. I hope you make the right

decisions toward your problem in the future.
