Been M.i.A. for a while just picked up a 2013 gsxr 750. Noticed a lot of peeps not around anymore. Is there still a group ride anymore?

About 12 years ago i use to lay asphalt. We had to do some work on the driveway to the new fire house they just built at the springfield air national guard base. After 2 days worth of touch and go maneuvers and unrestricted climbs. They had one of them go the opposite direction down the runway and thread the neddle between the controll tower and the new fire station. He was close enough when he tipped the plane to the side i could make out the mascot on the side of his helmet. I remember yelling THAT WAS FUCKING AWESOME. Dont think the other crew guys could hear me because at that point our ears were ringing out of our heads..

Just want something diffrent. Not many people around here hop up late model cars. I have always liked the look of the 2001-2007 monte Carlos. Thats what the motor is going in

Nothing special came out of a gtp. Have put in a lot of work in the porting of the heads' cam. Going to run it on e85 with i hope 12-15 pounds of boost.

Very nice... Makes me feel lazy as fuck seeing i have had my supercharged motor on the stand for 2 years and still havent torn it down.

So finally was able to install the chain' sprockets and new angel gt tires. Bike glides like butter and the hurkey jerky miss is resolved.

I third this ride. Deffently need a closer route for us western and south riders. Not that hocking and everything east of there is anything not worth riding or meeting the east side people. But a little jealous when us westerners get home after a epic ride jump on the forum to update everything and see you other guys have been home for 3 hour's already..damn hooligans...lol

And for what its worth. My bike made 115 hp not sure on the toqure as he didnt have his tach hooked up. He showed me a dyno pull of someone else's triumph like mine and it had 117 hp. Said the map that was in it was pretty good and he wouldn't really be able to improve much on it. He didnt decline to try and inprove on it but i figured the money would be better spent elsewhere.

Well just got back from the tuner. First off j.d hord is a cool guy and will be getting all my bike business. Made a couple of hard dyno pulls while monitoring a/f ratio and everything looked good. Discussed what my concerns were and also showed him. We came to the conclusion that the tire 'chain.and sprockets need replaced. Also will be looking at the cush drive. Didnt want to thump to hard on it with the drive line slop. Yes the chain was adjusted before i took it but after a few hard pulls it slacked back up. So new parts are on ordered and we shall see

Let me only hope it would be in the tune like a lean misfire. I had a 84 cutlass with a 3.8 i soupped up and my funds lead me to put a holly 650 on it. Yes yes i know way overkill for a 6 banger. I had to jet it way down to be able to drive it. If i ran a ( well say a 82 jet ) was a bit rich but then dropped it to a 80 it would have a lean spot in about the same rpm band and conditions as my sprint does now. But yes i will keep the post updated. Many times i follow a old post for a problem only to have no out come.

I like being able to check codes monitor 02 sensors ' tps' dwell injector pulse 'ect. Not really plaing to fuck with the fuel maps. Dropping my bike off at j.d' hords Saturday morning.

Been trying to figured out this random misfire on the 06 Sprint 1050. Happens anytime the throttle is above 2500 rpm. No codes and have done a cylinder cut out but doesn't appear to have a bad coil or injectors. Replaced plugs and swapped in new coils still does not change anything. Talked to j.d hord and is backed up a ways and is not sure when he can get to it. The misfire isnt bad enough to drop a cylinder but does fluctuate 100-200 rpm and makes the bike have a jerky feeling while riding. Chain isnt sloppy and will do it while on the stand. Thinking possable fuel pressure' crank sensor?

Jd is pretty booked up right now. Know any other triumph techs?

Yeah I need to up date my bike I have a 06 sprint 1050. I was wondering if there was anyone local that could dyno tune it with tune ecu. I just started playing around with it and figuring the in's and outs of it. It has the tor exhaust and the correct map for it I double checked it on the tune ecu web site. but I know not all bikes are the same and like to have that map fine tuned. Any idea of his going rate and a contact #? I was also trying to isolate a engine miss. Looking at 02 voltages ' dwell and injectors pw Nothing is jumping out at me. Have you been able to track down a miss what the program?

I know just enough to get in trouble. Has anyone else messed around with it?
