Its sooooo cold out!! lol Car is outside

My cousin has a PT Cruiser and the computer never tells the battery to charge. I have used a multimeter to verify voltage to the alt and the battery and it has 12.x volts when the battery is fully charged and then just goes down and down. The alt never kicks in to recharge the battery. We replaced the alt, battery, and nothing changes this scenario. So I was like well it probably the computer so went to pick n pull and got a new computer. Car starts and then stalls. Well probably security or something. So my questions does anyone have any other idea's on the charging system? 2nd how would I get the PCM/Security setup/changed in the pcm for this pcm to work in this car? Thanks, Wes

Pads and rotors aren't that great. $500 for the engine $300 for the trans $100 for the wiring harness $600 front bumper cover $250 rear bumper. Has some scuffs from the wreck but no cracks. $125 trunk lid and spoiler. Comes with the 2 sides for the spoiler as well.

Yea I dunno where the hell Florida posted her photo but damn!! You can win a plaque for popularity if you get FB likes. Generally the person that wins most popular does not win the pageant anyway.

I know which is really odd because normally these girls are all pretty good looking. I help her with a lot of her pageant stuff and go to most of them which i certainly do not complain about especially if there is a swimsuit comp lol
