.....https://maps.google.com/maps/ms?msid=201847074256690888267.0004e3db6a38b47b57002&msa=0 I threw this together, we plan on riding Aug 24th/25th. The route won't save right on google maps but basically take 47 back into Parkersburg. I put this together with several maps from motorcycleroads.com basically.

I'd be interested in some as well. Post up a list of what you have and i'm sure most would sell locally. There are several places to check value's. Most are only worth $1-$3 but some are worth quite a bit more though. Lots of vinyl collectors out there.

The probooks are nice machines, we've had good luck with the probooks. I'm sure the cheap HP stuff sucks.

http://microcenter.com/product/410497/ProBook_4530s_156_Laptop_Computer_-_Metallic_Gray I like these bad boys. Still Win7, I7, 500GB 7200rpm hdd, external vid card, only 4gb ram but slap whatever you want in there. We use them for our managers at work. Just my .02

does it come with a trailer?

are you looking for a new one? I'm debating parting with my original hero to get a 3.

I'm going Sunday as well. We'll be on bikes though

I'll be out on the bike most likely with a buddy from MI. Stretched gsxr and stretched ninja. Say Hi if you see us. I haven't met a lot of you so I won't know you lol

DSRL Dudes....Canon Announcement Finally
Wes Stone replied to TTQ B4U's topic in The Digital Darkroom
Supplicium where are you preordering from? I think the price difference is the lens that comes with it either the 18-55mm for $1300 or the 18-135mm for $1500. Amazon is doing perorders too, free shipping no tax. http://www.amazon.com/Canon-20-2-Digital-Camera-Pixel/dp/B00DMS0GTC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1373569933&sr=8-1&keywords=canon+70d -
Anyone interested in riding? Buddy of mine is coming down from MI and we were thinking about hitting up the 555 again or whatever honestly. If someone has a route they like were happy to try out new places.
-
Thanks Dan I ended up buying one. Made the job easy peasy! Happy I bought it honestly.

What is the park of roses?? Are they fireworks or just a festival?

I just picked up an 01 400ex and I was wondering if anyone had any aftermarket parts floating around that would work. Thanks,

I need to know when this is, i'm also like 35mins away and would go watch. I have nothing to race. The shut down isn't to bad in a car. Its the bikes that I would think would be the roller coaster ride. As far as the track anything goes lol I watched a 13-14yr old kid jump on a busa and run 10's pass after pass i'm sure he's been riding a long time but it was like WTF You smell the occasional weed and ride alongs doing 10's 11's whatever with no helmet lol As far as the high HP guys posting in here i'd be afraid of the wall. I can't recall ever getting decent traction there. I've seen a couple friends pull the wheels a few times but it seems sketchy. Anyway good times lmk when it is and i'll go! I have plenty of friends from UNOH that go there every friday.

thats not bad, i debated on polished as well...hrmmm decisions!

I got brake fluid on my rear wheel It flaked off on a few spots. Looks like shit. Any recommendations on where to take it to get powder coated? Would they take the wheel off the rim and put it back on or do they even need to take it off? Any idea on price?

Sorry for the delay guys been super busy since we got back. I still haven't gotten around to editing any of them. This is straight off the camera. I'm also just going to link to my facebook. Not all pictures are up there but all of the decent ones are. So as for the trip itself the cruise was kinda lame. Its cold and it was an outside boat. There was a pool inside and outside as well as hot tubs but the outside was much bigger and it was cold. The outside hot tubs were nice until they cleaned them and then they never warmed back up. Rock wall was closed the whole time. I spent all my evenings in the casino lol The ports were cool because they are places that you have to visit by boat or plane so was cool to see some of those place. I wouldn't recommend a cruise if your adventurous. All the excursions are pretty candy fed to you and that sucks. I did take a train ride into the yukon which was pretty cool to leave the port of skagway at like 60 degree's and then like 20 miles later its cold and snowing. We went whale watching as well and I got to sit on the top of the boat and got soaked! Was AWESOME. We had some pretty big waves and it was better than a rollercoaster ride! lol I also had my 2yr old daughter with me so i couldn't do a lot of the adult excursions. Now after the cruise we spent a few days around anchorage. Apparently we had the best weather in a very long time. Only 30% of visitors get to see Mt. McKinley from top to bottom and we had 2 days that we could. So got some cool pictures. We did A LOT of driving. Yes we could have spent longer at certain places and did more things but when i come back (which I will) I know where I want to go and start my vacation. Day 1 we drove from Seward to Anchorage dropped off some family at the airport and then drove to the south side of Denali national park. We did get to hike a portion of Flat Top Mountain. I would of loved to hike the whole thing. We hiked Exit glacier as well. There were girls in bikini's hiking at Flat Top the locals were loving the weather. I saw more motorcycles in 1 day than I did all year last year. Was crazy. Exaggerated but you get the point. Day 2 we drove from Denali to Homer. Had we of not HAD to goto Anchorage first I would of went to Homer first. However I don't think I would of left Homer. Homer was beautiful! The bluff's, ocean, mountains, people, everything was very inviting. We were there memorial day weekend and didn't book a hotel. Opps! We had to sleep in the car. Apparently this is the place to be that weekend! The weather was also amazing. We did some garage saleing too. Was awesome to talk to the locals about why they are moving or just talk. I bought some snow shoes for $10. They are worth like $150 lol Was cool to see houses off the grid with solar panels and batterys. Day 3 we drove from Homer to Whittier to Anchorage. Wouldn't go back to Whittier couldn't really find anything there but we didn't look to hard either. The tunnel was pretty neat though to get there. Saw quite a few moose, lots of bald eagles, saw whales and orca's. Lots of wildlife! Did not see any bears. The inlaws saw quite a few bears but they took a train into Denali and got to see quite a bit more. Sounded like the train ride was also better than the cruise according to them. So again don't cruise unless your older or something. Anyway enough babbeling on with the pics! This is the pics forum! Vancouver Botanical Gardens - HIGHLY recommend https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10201218993183068.1073741824.1418220004&type=1&l=8e5b9ef337 Cruise Day 1 https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10201219096305646.1073741826.1418220004&type=1&l=8ddbdf5f0e Cruise Day 2 https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10201219453274570.1073741827.1418220004&type=1&l=810d939104 Cruise Day 3 https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10201221290400497.1073741828.1418220004&type=1&l=17f1f20bc4 Cruise Day 4https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10201221365682379.1073741829.1418220004&type=1&l=82c83c7f07 Cruise Day 5https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10201221898295694.1073741830.1418220004&type=1&l=d227f5d430 Cruise Day 6https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10201221994898109.1073741831.1418220004&type=1&l=81acd745af Cruise Day 7https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10201222034899109.1073741832.1418220004&type=1&l=8710703451 Last night cruise/drive Seward to Anchoragehttps://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10201222077620177.1073741833.1418220004&type=1&l=0196728b2a Drive from Anchorage to Denalihttps://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10201222127381421.1073741834.1418220004&type=1&l=8f2739c338 Drive from Denali to Homerhttps://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10201225229338968.1073741835.1418220004&type=1&l=4bf544948f Last Day Whittier areahttps://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10201225271020010.1073741836.1418220004&type=1&l=b91bd07787 Lots to go through I know! Just working with the time frame that I have. I'm 100% open for suggestions as I'd rather do the cool things that just try and find my way around. Unfortunately the trip has to start like this. Get of the cruise boat at 9am-ish. Rent the car and head towards Anchorage. I have 2 passengers with me that fly out 8pm Friday. So we have 11ish hours to make the drive from Seward to Anchorage. I was going basically do the drive pull over when we see cool stuff and go from there. I was hoping to do the flattop mtn hike before we had to drop them off depending on the time. Is there another hike that is similar that is neater than flat top that you can recommend? After we drop them off. I was going to head towards Denali. I made reservations at the Mt. McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge. Was $79 for the night. After that I'm not 100% and the reason I say that I don't know if the park/busses are worth the $$. Iv'e seen several reviews were people say to save your $$ and you can see much more on your own. But i'm kinda in limbo on this right now. At this point I don't see any reason to go on up to fairbanks I kind of liked the idea of going back south towards Homer. I understand this is completely ass backwards but I have to go to Anchorage first which kinda sucks or I'd just go to Homer first. Either was I'm going to be backtracking through Anchorage I guess. I have no issue's driving a lot, i drive quite a bit here for work and all of the grandparents live 2+ hours away so we travel a lot. I do like fishing, I won't have a pole or anything but i'm sure there is some touristy stuff where they will rent you that stuff. Are there places inland I can fish and what kind of fish could I catch? Hell it sounds like I could just stay around Anchorage and find plenty to do. Which i'm more than willing to do. On the initial drive from Seward to Anchorage I will not have my 2.5yr old daughter. She will be with the grandparents and we will pick her up after we drop the other guys at the airport. They are taking a shuttle from Seward to Anchorage. So keep in mind I will have her with me for the suggestions. I'll shoot you a PM. I'd like your number for a 911 in case shit gets crazy and i need some help haha Would also be cool to eat somewhere if I can get a set schedule i'm sure we can find some time.

Just the day Were renting a car in Seward at 9am and I have to be in Anchorage by 4pm. Google says its a 2.5hr drive. I thought we would kick it up toward Anchorage and pull over at random streams and mess around take pictures, pan, whatever. We would like to go to Flat Top Mountain and hike that. Not sure how long that will take to do the 3 mile trip. So basically we have like 4.5 hours to mess around before we need to be at the airport. I would love to stay an extra day but tickets and such are already booked. Actually were in the process of changing our airfair right now and were gonna stay in the anchorage area until monday, gonna goto denali, and then from there i'm not sure yet.
-
haha, i'm renting a car in Seward and driving to Anchorage. Gonna stop along the way and try and pan, there are a bunch of creeks. I'm super stoked. Should be really fun. I'm just upset were flying out the day the boat arrives i'd like to have another day in Anchorage.
-
Kevin i'm not sure where your at there but i have 3-6hrs in each town to kill if you have any recommendations.
-
Is there anywhere you can pan for gold independently? I thought i might be fun to find a flake or 2 and at least say I did it and would be cool in my eyes. I'm trying to read some cruise forums on it and not finding much luck other than guided tours.
-
haha, What is the train thing you speak of? I think were doing something like that. I'm to lazy to go look at the plans. Were taking a train somewhere and then a bus back to get different views or something. Any computer job openings? Maybe i'll just stay lol

I've read the version III is "leaps and bounds" better than the earlier models.
