  4. Did I hear a female say something about him not going 35MPH like he said he would. Instead he came ripping around the corner. That make's it even better that "MEAN GREEN" hauled ass like he did.
  5. From what I read, they are rebadging them as Toyota's. Didn't say which models will stay or go, but they also mentioned they are toying with the idea of a turbocharged Toyota engine for the FR-S...
  6. The funny in that statement... http://jalopnik.com/nissan-renault-mercedes-is-the-new-automotive-axis-powe-1596366694 http://wardsauto.com/industry/mercedes-cla-infiniti-derivative-be-built-nissan-mexico Q30 Concept with the underside of a Mercedes CLA powered by a Nissan/Renault engine. http://s1.cdn.autoevolution.com/images/news/gallery/frankfurt-2013-infiniti-q30-concept-live-photos_7.jpg
  7. Interesting thread. I actually replaced mine this morning. '08 Altima SE w/44k miles. Bought the car in February of this year and am pretty sure this has never been replaced. Smelled like mildew. It had the Nissan logo, so OEM... ...installed an STP filter from Autozone for $8 http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h109/nismopc/IMG_20150411_114025_642_zpskzh5rwne.jpg
  8. Reminds me of the Honda Magna SuperTrapp exhausts... http://www.streetbikerider.us/Pics2/DSC01701.JPG
  9. Actually pretty impressive as Max Normal... ...not sure what happened between Max Normal and Die Antwoord except maybe massive drugs.
  10. Personally looks like "rice" meets RUF. IMHO of course... The engine bay looks hideous. The steering wheel cover looks like something from the Walmart clearance aisle. The way the amp and crossover is mounted looks awkward. The door speakers appear to be super cheap off the shelve speakers. The owner has no idea what the specs are on the engine?!?! But the exterior looks good. ;-)
  11. Stock wheels looked better. Tire profile on new wheels is too low... ...gap is larger than stock. http://cdn.memegenerator.net/instances/500x/35442295.jpg
  12. Possibly a Omni GLH 16.7 second quarter mile or Omni GLH-S 14.8 second quarter mile
  13. Another product that works wonders and is super cheap and lasts forever since you only use a little bit. Wood bleach from Sherwin Williams. It contains oxalic acid and has been an old skool rust remover for chrome parts. I removed 22 years of rust off of every piece of chrome, including the spoked wheels on my '82 CB750k project bike. Absolutely amazing product. On non chrome like those bolts, I believe it would turn them darker in color (even black), but still does the job nicely. http://sherwin.scene7.com/is/image/sw/paint_template-1?layer=comp&wid=189&fmt=jpeg&qlt=100,0&op_sharpen=0&resMode=sharp2&op_usm=0.0,0.0,0,0&iccEmbed=0&printRes=150&_tparam_layer_1_src=sw/SGCS01040164
  14. I saw that episode. I'm definitely no expert on this classic, but if you look at the striping on it before it was Foos'd, it seems a bit wonky vs. the OEM location. He might have spent some time getting it close to where he wanted it, but it might not have been exactly how he wanted or his final plans for it. I definitely do not like the decision on the Foose wheels or the interior guitar theme, but most of the the modifications made where definitely in the right direction. The deep dished wheels depicted in the draft (rendering) seem to fit the vehicle much better than the ones actually installed.
  15. Yup, those sure do look like Hot Wheels. Completely fabricated hoax. :lolguy:
  16. According to Nissan motorsports, Godzilla has landed... "GODZILLA RETURNS TO THE MOUNTAIN Nissan GT-R to race again at Bathurst after 22-year absence" :lolguy:
  17. That's not a Skyline GT-R, it's a GT-R  Skyline GT-R's are no longer made, but I get where your coming from. GT-R heritage... ...Skyline's are Infiniti's now or is that the other way around? :fuuuu:

  20. I've bought three pairs from there (just rcvd 2 yesterday) and have had no issues whatsoever. Still haven't spent over $100 for all 3 combined. Bought my first pair from them prob 2 years ago and then decided to get some extras. They were doing a buy one get one free deal. Couldn't pass up.
  21. Yea, makes you wonder. Here's another one:
