  1. Their shipping prices are ridiculous, though.
  2. My condolences, I've been in the broken neck/back department myself. It can be much worse.
  3. If you'd like, Geoff, PM me who and the situation and I can try to mediate.
  4. Updated. We can hold this event and pay for a difference if needed if we don't break even. If this is the case, however, the June event will be canceled. We need 32 more to break even.
  5. Knobbies are supposedly unstable at higher track speeds.
  6. I was nice and added some of your pics to your first post. Welcome to CR, I hope to see you at the track day. You can sign up here: http://cr-spring-10.eventbrite.com/
  7. I've had several questions posed about running different types of vehicles during our event on the 23rd. This is the response from Trails: From: Anthony Green Sent: Thursday, April 08, 2010 11:59 AM Subject: Re: 2010 agreement I have three questions from people wanting to attend the event: 1) Can someone make a pass in a go-cart? 2) Can someone run in a Factory Five kit car, fully assembled with cage, but minus body? 3) Can someone run a dual-sport motorcycle on knobby tires?</pre> ________________________________</pre> Anthony, I don't think the go cart will fit into any class covered by our rules. Two main concerns, 3" of ground clearance and no less than a 90 inch wheel base. The Factory Five kit car without a body would need to meet the requirements for an altered race car including a jacket meeting SFI 3.2A/5 - gloves SFI 3.3/1 and a full face helmet SNELL M2000 or newer. The dual sport bike would need to meet all requirements for a ET Motorcycle and could only run 1/8 mile passes. </pre>
  8. We can setup by the stands on the staging lanes side in the gravel area by the fence.
  9. Yes, people in Reynoldsburg don't have nice cars.
  10. Do you still have any of the daggers left?

  12. Yep, use the regular non-Member link in this section or on the main website page.

  14. That's one of the first things I did and I've driven the car on 20* days a few times.
  15. The class doesn't remove the actual moving violation.
  16. No points = you still get dinged on the insurance. Insurance companies look at the moving violation, points or not. If your BS job insures you to drive for them, your only hope is a ticket for something like a muffler violation. Otherwise, they will see the eight points.
  17. Tinman modified my existing coolant lines in about 30 seconds. Works like a charm.
  18. WOW internet, super-duper high speed whatever: $63.xx/mo after taxes. I stream or download anything else onto my TV via my 360.
  19. I will step in and say two things: 1) To reiterate Brian, enough with the putting IPS versus Gearheadz pissing match. They have been civil enough in the recent months, I don't need some random member adding fuel to an otherwise amicable relationship. I'm not having it. 2) I don't see why a mild H/C N/A LSX should need a speed density tune. None. I will say that there are times for running SD, take a look at my car. The '98 model year COULD NOT deal with a MAF and anything above 7-8psi of boost. In that year PCM, it was damned near impossible.
  20. Two years ago, I sold my RCA 58" rear-projection HDTV w/ two years remaining on the in-home service plan on here for $300. I paid $700 new two years previous plus $200 for the plan. If that guy paid $5k, have I got some swamp land with his name on it.
  21. He's an Apple fanboy, no other reason right now to own one.
