  1. A Wagnerism miscommunication.
  2. Yeah, they have a softer sidewall. Honestly, both options suck. I'd look around for some used, bald-ass DRs and go for them.
  3. Found one. http://www.fquick.com/images/vehicles/full/2213156483.jpg
  4. No, they have a stiffer sidewall as mentioned above, than stock tires. You'll have a more difficult time transferring inertial energy because of that.
  5. Was it a canned tune? To me, drivability is just as important as WOT tuning. That's an issue I fought for awhile.
  6. It's cool, Brian's car has been blessed by parts from mine
  7. Take the shit to PMs, this thread has obviously not served it's purpose.
  8. Yeahs ago, I had a friend that literally pulled a toolbox worth of tools from the front bumper of his '93 Z28. He finally did it after hearing tools slide around when he made turns. The springs were PCR duals from what I gathered. MTI supplied those with the X1 cam, but they went outta business so I couldn't confirm. They did well, they lasted almost three years when they're supposed to be replaced every year.
  9. You know I do. Hell, I am on Saturday.
  10. Like driving on Jell-O, I don't recommend it.
  11. Huge difference. I highly recommend SFCs as one of the first mods on a 4th Gen. Yeah
  12. Only inside the engine bay, my dear. I like that 928 in your sig
  13. He can't fix you're slow. Does that count?
  14. LSX cars eats tools and parts, you guys didn't know that?
  15. A big thanks to Brady for taking tons of time out in the recent months for lending me his dyno and helping troubleshoot my high-RPM power issues (weak valve springs). He's been a ton of help, even if his weather forecasting leaves some to be desired I'll be taking the truck to him tomorrow for a tune and am sure of great results. I'd also like to thank Scott for doing some parts tracking for me, being a liason for PPC when I can't get Brady, and for being a helluva gatekeeper. Finally, big thanks to Randy Barch (BigHairDryer) for being one helluva tuner on the green Formula. The man has taken a PITA '98 FI LS1 and done wonders not only for track duty and power, but for daily drivability. He can do some pretty amazing things for LSX and Ford tuning, and worked magic quite a few people's cars on here and out and about. He also has one helluva resume for tuning experience. Thanks guys.
  16. Yeah, Andy did some amazing work with my Welds, and he still wasn't satisfied with them Paul, eat me.
  17. In the recent month or so, Rob has done some excellent work with both the Formulas. I appreciate the time and effort for getting them done, especially with a quality job while beating his own time deadline. Just some of the following: Green Formula PITA Procharger inlet hat not meant for my car and K&N filter also not meant for the car, but they fit nicely and saved me from headaches for inclement weather and the car picking up dust/dirt directly into the head unit due to a mesh screen. Valve springs/roller rockers Billet stall converter Unfucked a cluster fuck of wiring mess Blue Formula Sub-frame connectors Cooling system flush Custom exhaust work Walbro fuel-pump Driveshaft u-joints Silverado Custom exhaust setup Thanks again, Rob

  19. One, I would like to thank Andy for making time to come out and do the car, especially with his wife not feeling the best. I'd also like to thank his brother, Chris (Smokey on here) for coming out and assisting Andy. The weather was ridiculously hot and humid last Friday. I've had Andy come out for the last five or so years and detail the green Formula right before the Roby GM Show. He does an amazing job, especially for a car that is drag raced and now sporting paint a dozen years old. Thanks again, Andy http://www.cr-h.net/pics/mini-09detail%20001.jpg http://www.cr-h.net/pics/mini-09detail%20002.jpg http://www.cr-h.net/pics/mini-09detail%20003.jpg http://www.cr-h.net/pics/mini-09detail%20004.jpg http://www.cr-h.net/pics/mini-09detail%20007.jpg http://www.cr-h.net/pics/mini-09detail%20008.jpg http://www.cr-h.net/pics/mini-09detail%20009.jpg http://www.cr-h.net/pics/mini-09detail%20011.jpg http://www.cr-h.net/pics/mini-09detail%20012.jpg
  20. Use Capital Towing, they're a CR Sponsor and very reasonable. You can find them in The Speed Shop.
  21. The rule over there is, if you're friends with me, you're not allowed on. I guess that means Sam and Linn can't be on there Funny how that works.
  22. It will be back in time. Some of you need to quit being little bitches.
  23. Daron's old TA is up for trade, the guy wants a Vette.
  24. We're looking into a mobile version of CR.
