I just did a auto loan through them, and everything went very smooth. I got what i think is a great rate and they were all very willing to help and work with me. Thanks, great job.

I added some pics, the spoiler looks worse in the pic that it does in person due to angle and lighting. The two seats are the ones from a talon that would go with the car.

Okay, this is the someone buy this bump.

AC has been removed from the car. It would need new seals and put back in. Then it should work. I do have the parts. The car has manual windows and manual locks. I did add the door lock actuators with the alarm though. So it will lock and unlock with the alarm. It does have cruise control and it does work. there is one sign of rust on the rear wheel well passenger side. It is small and i can try to get pictures if you would like.

This actually made me curious, I could not remember when i purchased the car. So i looked it up purchased the car in Feb of 98 with 81,xxx miles on it.

in those cases where you want to know more than what is posted. Google is your friend. I have not had time to look any of this over. I just got the email and thought i would pass the information along. Without the email i would have never even known about the bill.

http://www.kniferights.org/U%20S%20Customs%20Proposed%20Ruling%20-%20Assisted%20Opening%20Knives.pdf Looks like it is it, but i am not going to read through all 63 pages to find out......

Like is said in my thread, I'm on their mailing list, just passing it along. Take your fucking attitude somewhere else if you don't like it.

Not sure if this is the best place for this, but, I am on the Rivers Edge Cutlery mailing list and they sent me this. I thought i would pass it along. "Hello Everyone, I am writing you to inform you that your knife rights are in serious danger due to a bill that is being put to a vote with congress by the US Customs and Border Patrol. They are looking to include a more broad definition on the Federal Switchblade Act. This would make anything from Multi-Tools, Swiss Army Knives, Assisted knives, to anything you can open with one hand illegal. Now I don't know about most people but I know I can open a standard buck 110 Folding Hunter with one hand. This puts our industry in danger of a serious collapse. I am including links to the Knife Rights website with some sample letters. AKTI has similar letters directly linked from their homepage at www.akti.org <http://www.akti.org/> . We need to write and Snail Mail (emails are not allowed by Customs) these to Customs by June 21st. This is the deadline for public comment and we definitely need your help on this one. Don't let us all loose out because they think anybody who carries a knife is a criminal or has criminal intent. Personally I have been working in this industry for a long time and I am not about to sit by and watch it go down in flames but we need your help. Please mail these ASAP. Here are the links to the Letters that would need to be written and sent. The first link is the letter that we are sending to The Customs and Border Patrol. http://www.kniferights.org/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=79& Itemid=29 The next link is the letter we are sending to our Congress people. It does have to pass through the House and Senate so I would write both of them. I plan on doing so often. Here is the sample letter for that one. http://www.kniferights.org/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=78& Itemid=29 Here is the link to find the correct person to be writing in congress for you. Knife Rights has put together an easy link to find everything you need on your congress people and how to communicate the point we are trying to get across to them. http://www.kniferights.org/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=77& Itemid=29 If you need anything else from me let me know and I will be happy to help. Thanks, Brian Rivers Edge Cutlery 3935 Trueman Blvd. Hilliard, OH 43026"

I am currently running the PBR ultimate pads. They have a fairly high initial bite and seem to take abuse and daily driving well. I don't think they would hold up as an actual track pad though. Normal dust and wear, not noisy either. I would be willing to purchase them again.

updated what else i can remember.

If it were an AWD turbo i would just be keeping it and putting more money into it.

The new diesel that GM was developing has a similar design with the turbo between the heads. http://www.autoblog.com/2008/05/05/gm-releases-details-on-upcoming-4-5l-duramax-turbo-diesel-v8/ Not sure what the long term effects of that would be either.

ok that was interesting.

From Jalopnik "Both the BMW X5 M and the BMW X6 M come with a new V8 high-performance power unit boasting performance features precisely tailored to the character of each model. Displacing 4,395 cubic centimetres, the engine delivers maximum output of 408 kW/555 hp from 5,750–6,000 rpm. The new M TwinPower Turbo engine is indeed the world's first power unit with a common exhaust emission manifold joining both rows of cylinders as well as Twin Scroll Twin Turbo Technology. The turbocharger and the catalytic converters are positioned in the V-section between the two rows of cylinders ensuring the spontaneous and direct response so typical of BMW M as well as a linear surge of power for a consistent flow of torque at all times. As a result, peak torque of 680 Newton-metres or 501 lb-ft is maintained consistently all the way from 1,500–5,650 rpm." "Performance and fuel consumption of the BMW X5 M and BMW X6 M: Acceleration 0–100 km/h: 4.7 seconds Top speed: 250 km/h (155 mph) (275 km/h (171 mph) with optional M Driver's Package) Average fuel consumption in the EU cycle: 13.9 litres/100 kilometres (equal to 20.3 mpg imp), CO2 emissions in the EU cycle: 325 g/km." The spec that impresses me is "501 lb-ft is maintained consistently all the way from 1,500–5,650 rpm" from a TT motor. That is impressive. Now I want to see that in the M3.

I would be in, and just let me know if there is anything i could help with.

I actually remember reading this in Car Craft mag. They took a 93 Mustang Cobra and figured out what it would take to hit 200. I loved the duct tape. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7nrba-lCFs8
