Does anyone now if someone can claim a car after it has been abandond for a certain period of time say 3 months? I found a car I want thats been sitting on public property for said amount of time with no movement whatso ever and I've tried searching to find out who's it is to buy it with no luck, Any help or experience with this before?

I almost forgot, NOw I see these stickers on cars atleast 1 sticker per car per day. Well a couple weeks ago I was on my way to work and seen this Ford Exlorer literally covered in them I'd say atleast 100 of them it was like a new paint job

Yea that car over all didnt look too teribly bad has hhad a bunch of body work done to it and someone screwed up the large can wastegate . It is a T1 non intercooled car just for those who wanna know
