I bought a three month subscription to OT a while back, but it's since ran out and I haven't been able to hit that area since. That sucks though...
  6. If it hasn't sold by the time they kick off the asshole on Ebay and let me relist my car, it will be relisted, so get moving and sell that Mustang! smile.gif
  7. The auction winner never contacted me about the car, it's still for sale. I'm in the process of filing a complaint with Ebay. Price reduced to $15,500...

  9. Yeah, because I'm sure the millions of dollars Jackson's worth had nothing to do with people taking him to court... graemlins/slap.gif
  10. Why do people get so worked up over this shit? None of us were at the trial, all we have to go on is what the media feeds us. We don't know all the evidence. Frankly, I don't care what happens to him, but I'm not going to get pissed about it or think I know what the outcome should be, just because I have an opinion and watch the news... graemlins/gives.gif
  11. I need everyone's opinion on this. I just sold my Formula on Ebay, I think. The link is here. Right before 1:00 P.M. yesterday afternoon, the reserve was met on my car. The person was from Riverside, CA. Not 6 minutes after that bid, I got another bid, this one from Baldwin Park, CA. Both of these towns are near L.A. Anyway, the auction ended today at 6:50 P.M.. No one else bid on the car, this last person won. So I send off an e-mail to them, giving my phone number and name, and I wait to hear from them. 5 hours have passed and I've heard nothing. I think it's kind of strange, you buy a $15K car over the internet, you think you'd want to contact the person right away. But I'll give the benefit of the doubt, for now. Then I start doing some investigating. The person who hit the reserve is mma_videos. Their history is here. The person who bid 6 minutes later is busymomab. Their history is here. I started looking through what each had bought and sold. mma_videos sells martial arts videos, he/she has an Ebay store. Sure enough, the person who "bought" the car has recently sold a martial arts video. And, a few of the past sellers to busymomab, the person who won the auction, is none other than mma_videos. I think I am gonna get screwed. I think mma_videos hit the reserve, didn't think he/she would, so he/she signed in on another name and bid again, so as not to screw the mma_videos screen name. I also noticed on Friday that this mma_videos had bid on a number of Trans Ams. None of the bids were over the reserve, but they were still bids. This is just too strange, and really screams "I'm getting screwed." Now, I will give the benefit of the doubt. Maybe it's two friends, people that know each other. But the fact that the car was bid on no less than 6 minutes apart and the history of each person is just too coincidental. But I don't want to jump the gun yet. I will wait until Monday before I contact them again and start really wondering. However, I'd like to know what everyone thinks of this situation. My gut feeling is, no one will be contacting me about the car...
  12. 4 more hours, the car will sell tonight! Last chance for anyone who wanted it! smile.gif
  13. Power supply... graemlins/nod.gif
  14. On Ebay for two more days, $15,500 is my reserve. Only $100 more! smile.gif
  15. No, sell it to me! graemlins/nod.gif
  16. Actually Joe, I'd be building it up to destroy your Formula... tongue.gif
  17. What do you think a legit 1986 5.0 LX Coupe (not a former police car) with 167K miles, all stock, body in great shape with no rot, is worth? Guy is asking $3400, but I think that's about $1000 high. '86 5.0's are not the most desirable motors, but they are a desirable body style, being the last year for the 4 eyed cars. And this one's a rare coupe. I'd be interested to hear what you guys think it's worth... graemlins/nod.gif
  18. I never said I wanted people out of a job. I've been out of work before, for like 3 months right after September 11th. It sucked. I don't wish that on anyone. However, read what I said again. I said the first step is to do away with unions. Read the other responses to unions in this post. That's what I'm talking about. It's no secret why the Japanese don't have auto unions... smile.gif
  19. The first step, in my opinion, is killing the union... graemlins/nod.gif
  20. Still for sale... smile.gif
  21. Finally downloaded the video. That sounds pretty much like my Formula before I detuned it. I was running true duals on it and it sounded a lot like that... graemlins/nod.gif
