    Hi

Love VR-Ts but this classifies as DTM rice. PS- that was me that swapped front ends with someone on a WV campus parking lot lol.
  3. It still wouldn't spool
  4. Better add this to your playlist, Shanton: http://www.youtube.com/watch#!v=7fYNBwuzZa8

    ITB WAT

Fuck it.. it'll just burn up in the cylinders, anyhow. It's not like he's going to daily the car lol PS- I'm going to run open stacks on my Corolla
  6. Sorry Shanton, I walked a GSR integra in Canada with the MR2 nearly 2 months ago.. looks like I got the first kill?

    ITB WAT

I really hope he plans on doing some engine work, because I'm sure just with ITBs he's barely making 200hp. A bunch of head work with cams, high compression and a stroke might get him near 400hp.
  8. Mike, I love the looks of the 510 but would never want to own one. Like you said, the SR20 and RB seem to be the hot ticket as far as swaps, but you're also talking about a lot of fabrication and work. If you're going to go through the trouble of a swap, forget about a KA and get something worthwhile. F20c has been a pretty neat swap for a car of that size, but I think personally I would swap a stroked L28DE from the 280z and be done with it. There's a lot of people who follow the 510s, but there's a very limited amount of original parts around, anymore. Finding one without rust, un-molested and in good condition isn't easy by any means so expect to pay a pretty good amount for even a shell. Driving one daily is pretty much out of the question. Good luck finding one that runs reliably, as the L16 that came in those were obviously carbed, and probably need overhauled before anything. You'd be looking at converting to EFI which will be a pain in the ass, or converting to weber side-drafts which can be a PITA as well. Oh, and you're definitely not finding anything in the midwest for it.. you'll be doing a lot of parts searching in the west, which a lot of those guys won't ship anything for whatever reason. I know someone was waiting for it, but why do you think I like the quad headlight setup on the '80s Corollas? It resembles the 510 quite a bit, and the best part is, parts are easier to find compared to the 510. http://img25.imageshack.us/img25/7951/img7821copyui0.jpg
  9. I've heard of people using windshield washer fluid, which is a good portion Methanol, an can be found much cheaper than Methanol itself.
  10. Check it out, the commentary is pretty funny. http://tothefloor.com/1987-toyota-corolla-running-10s-at-pinks-all-out-in-florida-funny-video/

  13. Lol, I know it's real. I'm just asking if people think it's hot or not. Generally this board dislikes any kind of car I post that's low with camber and some stretched tires. This one happens to be a bit less mild, but still on point with the monoblock wheels.

  16. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h4xQ3bfGP5s Skip to about 4:35 if you don't care to watch from the beginning. The Porsche seems to be at a power disadvantage but certainly holds a defensive line. I swear, the Viper could've tapped the GT3's rear bumper, a couple times. Pretty exciting to watch
  17. BF1942 was the only Battlefield I could really get into.
  18. Really, if I can hit all my muscle groups in 4 days, I'm content.. I like to allow my body the time to recover, which is really one of the more important things, IMO. The 5th day I like to get a good solid hour of cardio in.
  19. I've pretty much done the same thing. Just making sure I get the 1.5-2grams of protein per pound of body weight in my daily diet and sticking to my vitamins and creatine. Honestly, I'm terrible with a diet at all and I know I eat a lot of food I shouldn't, but at this point I'll take any calories I can lol. I'm not looking to be as big as possible in a short period of time, but I just want to continue a steady growth.
