  1. To be honest, I'm not too sure how to check for that. As far as the HR springs, I'm sure they would work good, but you always want to pair an aftermarket lowering spring with an aftermarket dampener suited for that spring. By the time you buy matching springs and dampeners, you might as well get a coilover set, that's height adjustable. Putting springs on stock dampeners wear them out pretty fast, and you'll never be happy with the ride. Only reason I ask about EDC is that I read you need to buy resistors to bypass the circuit, otherwise you'll have an EDC light on your dash(if you have that option).
  2. The first wheels he had are Rotiform LM5-T. Also, I was talking to Jason about those FK Silverline coilovers he had on the car initially(in the first picture with the wheels you like), and he said they rode amazing. They're actually relatively cheap compared to the other options out there. You can get them on ECStuning.com between 500-600 dollars shipped. The next option I would recommend otherwise, would be H&R, and those are upwards of 1100 dollars lol. Did your car come with the Electronic Dampening Control(EDC) option?
  3. I love them... suite the car so well. Three piece with hidden hardware Rotiform LHR <3 Here's his build thread if anyone cares http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php/584510-DuWerke-s-2010-A5-%28intro-picture-build-thread
  4. I know it's an S5, but here's some Rotiform wheels on my buddy's car. his new wheels http://i1294.photobucket.com/albums/b616/DuWerke/IMG_2232_zps718e0819.jpg~original
  5. I have direct contacts at both Forgeline and Rotiform, so let me know
  6. Play stupid game, win stupid prize.
  7. I was banned long ago, but I wish more than anything, I could smear them on their own page, still.
  8. Those HRE are complete tits.
  9. bahahah, please share... I haven't heard this one, yet!
  10. Yeah, I'm not sure I'll get into the flash stuff since I'm only doing this for fun, but I could see how that might level out the light for a better photo. I'll grow out of it, eventually..
  11. I'm sorry, I didn't happen to snap any of your truck

  13. Here's my photo dump from the CR Test and Tune 10/19 at National Trails. Lots of familiar faces... sorry if I didn't get everyone, not all of them turned out that great. Still learning to shoot in mid-daylight, which happens to be pretty tricky. Enjoy! IMG_1190 by Andrew M. Farkas, on Flickr IMG_1236 by Andrew M. Farkas, on Flickr IMG_1202 by Andrew M. 14. I think you mean, this is the look filters on IG try to mimic. I'm flattered by this compliment, thank you. It's my favorite look on photos as well. Thankfully, my roommate knows his way around Lightroom and was able to give me some lessons, and then I spent a good part of the evening going to town. Really really happy with how the portrait turned out for my first try.
  15. So this is my third time out taking photos and familiarized myself some more with Lightroom. Starting to find a style that I really like and learning how to get that "look" when I edit with all my photos. I love the vintage and faded look, as you can see. Also, I shot my VERY first portrait, which is my roommate who owns the car, as well as taking my very first roller shots. The car is a 1980 VW Rabbit DLX. This was originally a diesel car that we swapped a MK3 2.0L ABA gas motor into. The original motor had a cracked block, so naturally this was the best and most reliable option. The car itself has a ton of character and it's making me want one, real bad. Enjoy! 16. I thought it was the other way around... you're contagious even before you show symptoms.
  17. Not sure, I didn't take any photos of it
  18. These are the pictures I took at the 10/11/2014 Cars and Coffee. First time out with my 50mm f1.8 and got to play a little bit more with my camera. Overall pretty happy with the pictures despite the lighting not being the best. Enjoy! 19. Yeah, I have a kit lens that's pretty much junk, and I knew that right away after my roommate let me borrow some of his glass. I ended up buying a 50 f1.8 today and I'm very excited to get some shots with it. I'll probably stick with this setup for a while and then once I grow out of the XSi, I'll step up to a full-frame 5D. Thanks, Scott. The editing I did on the photos adds that "Polaroid" look, I guess you could call it. Some would say over-edited, but I think it looks pretty cool.
