  1. Good, there are no corolla's in this movie.. I would cry if bow-wow even had a scene standing infront of one.
  2. I think there was a little DIY battery replacement thing I found online a long time ago where you can even put a bigger battery than the existing one inside the mini.. I would google for Ipod hacks or of the like.
  3. I got my razr for free.. gg
  4. hahaha, what's funny is they have to be quiet in the library. That's such a good idea for a TV show lol.
  5. straight from wikipedia: In physics, buoyancy is an upward force on an object immersed in a fluid (i.e. a liquid or a gas), enabling it to float or at least to appear lighter. Buoyancy is important for many vehicles such as boats, ships, balloons, and airships. If the weight of an object is at least 3 percent less than the weight of the fluid the object would displace if it was fully submerged, then the object is less dense than the fluid and it floats at a level so it displaces the same weight of fluid as the weight of the object. If the object has exactly the same density as the liquid, then it will stay still, neither sinking nor floating upwards, just as the liquid nearby stays still. An object made of a material of higher density than the fluid, for example a metal object in water, can still float if it has a suitable shape (e.g. a hollow which is open upwards or downwards) that keeps a large enough volume of air below the surface level of the fluid. In that case, for the average density mentioned above, the air is included also, which may reduce this density to less than that of the fluid.
  6. Wouldn't buoyancy be measured by the amount of volume an object can displace in order for it to float.. or something like that? I don't think you can just ask if carbon fibre is buoyant or not, it would depend what it is you're trying find out that's buoyant and what shape/size/weight it is.
  7. I like it, it's a good change.
  8. Mid-engine cars have a tendency to have snap-oversteer because of all that weight in the rear, so that would explain why you're getting that feeling at the limit. I personally have no experience about Porsches but in general cases by putting a swaybar on the rear of cars you're going to get more tendency to oversteer. I would suggest trying to get a swaybar on the front of your car first to see if that makes the car feel neutral. But I may be totally wrong since mid-engine cars react to certain parts differently. But going from my personal experiences trying to setup my own car, this is what I have come to learn. Actually, I wouldn't mind hearing what would happen with the rear swaybar on the car, just keep me updated through PM or something.. it's pretty interesting to me, so hopefully we can keep elaborating on this topic.
  9. there's no way that's real.. he started laughing when he got hit and when he said, "Oh, shit." he didn't really sound too convincing.
  10. Great looking car bud, that red is beautiful.
  11. I feel bad for people that can't do their own work on their car or just wont do it themselves and they have to take their car to places like that.. I could never EVER trust someone to do the work on my car and really think that it got done the right way.
  12. Yeah. I know for sure Loun, the guy that owns the pink 240, works at an NTB but I couldn't tell you which one. Pretty sure it's the same guy you're talking about, not many people would paint their car pink.
  13. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_TbCltp2JKg&search=outbrake Event went on regaurdless of rain and it was alot of fun. A buddy of mine made this video pretty quickly and it's just a fun video with some of the good and bad lol. Personally, it wasn't my best day due to the fact that I had alot of new stuff on my car to adjust to but closer to the end of the day I was warming up pretty well.
  14. see, I don't know jack and I still know that they're atleast bullit wheels... lol
  15. Aren't those like a bullit replica type wheel? I'm honestly clueless.. I just ask because it seems like alot of people rock those wheels on mustangs.
  16. I'd like to get out and autox my car alot more often, because I seldomly get to go with the Buckeye Miata Club since my brother's in it.
  17. In high school we had to do timed mile running and if I remember correctly I did it a little over 6 minutes... I'm sure if I tried that now I wouldn't be anywhere close. At that point in time I used to do some serious running and I had always been naturally good at distance sprinting stuff.
  18. broke my left arm once, had surgery on my gums when I got my braces taken off, had a cyst removed from the upper pallat of my mouth, had my impacted wisdom teeth taken out, and went to the hospital once for a kidney stone.. that was horrible.
  19. it's a mix of downtempo and trip-hop.. good stuff.
  20. rain or shine i'm driving in sunday's drift event at kil-kare.. it's not stoppin' me
  21. Yeah,.. I was wondering why you were pulled over hahaha But thanks.. that was me and my car in all it's glory.
  22. It was originally a florida car so it has zero rust, and I try my best to keep it out of the rain but it's hard not to go play on some back roads once and a while... New pictures coming as soon as this fuckin rain passes..
