  1. Ratchet strap mod FTW. I'm just hoping I don't shred the differential again and have to steal Anthonys trailer. However, I'm going to invest in AAA so that won't be an issue this year.
  2. Like I said. I really don't care. I was just wondering. Not that it matters much.
  3. I'll be there. Doesn't matter what I race. Does this matter if the owner of the car has a different driver? (above). So could Cordell use Wagners car and also have his Vette or Camaro on the list? Not that it matters to me. I'm not even sure if Bi-curious minds want to know.
  4. Well at least you don't make $142k and drive an 00' Cougar.
  5. <<<< Inserts Buick comment 5 pages go. Runs. :gabe:
  6. Yep. I thought about getting one but somehow I can't peel myself away from my 03. It does have a stupid built 5k trans in it so I'm waiting for someone to hit me to I can yank the trans for the Fiero. So until then I keep driving it. I have yet to drive a 2011+ regal. Kinda want to just to see how it feels. I'm used to old school shit with no navigation, all the digital shit that comes with new cars. Only thing close to that is my wife's '12 cruze but that's a different story.
  7. I would say look up a newer Buick (2011+) 4 banger turbo. But then again Buick LOL. You're not old enough to own one. Worth a look though? You might be able to find a 6 spd awd one. But then again you're not old enough to own a buick so there goes that idea.
  8. Almost a month away from the first TnT and it's 12 fucking degrees out.
  9. Damn that sucks. Tina made two cakes for us. One was my sons 18th birthday "bowling ball" and the other was my Parents 50th anniversary cake.
  10. Don't be hating on midgets now. They're adults too!
  11. 2004: Bunch of useless shit done to my Lumina LTZ 2018: Bunch of same useless shit done to a Fiero.
  12. and did it run 9's? (i think that's what he said it would do).
  13. Same stuff I used. I believe I used 1" wide though and it hasn't come off in 4 years.
  14. My garage has a bunch of junk and 3800 crap in it. The garage is junk and falling apart anyways. Nobody wants to see that crap here.
  15. http://www.tirebuyer.com/education/how-to-determine-the-age-of-your-tires
  16. It's a job. It's not bad. Boss isn't a dick. I make good money (enough that my wife doesn't have to work). Like NB said, it could be worse. Way worse.
  17. Cool. Just trying to get a feel for the rules and such and how it'll begin.
  18. I bet 2 cars show up the first day . So basically, you don't get on the list if you don't even show up correct?
  19. How does the list actually start? Who gets #1 vs #20? It is just who actually shows up the first day to race?
  20. Thanks for the Menards tip. Grabers? Looks like the closest one is in Illinois or Indiana? Only other one is out east of here and it's hardwood flooring. What's a good number for them? I also would like to save my newer 18' wide door and opener along with the steel side door and just add a 8 or 9' door on the side. That should help with the cost.
  21. I was looking at Menards and they have decentish kits for 10k but like you said, doesn't include labor or concrete. If I do this I'll be having Sam do the concrete. A friend of mine at work put a 30x40 kit from Menards together but he did it himself. 15k for concrete and his kit was like 12k. The kit from Menards includes all the wood, shingles, etc. A google search came up with some Garage journal site that said labor would be about the same as the cost of the material (12k). Then you're looking at 15k for a floor. Now you're easily at 45k for a garage. Ugh.
  22. Gotta find a builder first.. which is why I posted this in here
