If I can go by the above rules I could probably do a 30x30 or something of the sort. Currently I have a 24x24 detached garage. Just wanted to get something a little bigger and move it to the back of the lot. I have the room back there. Just need a builder to give me some options and a quote.

Well Fuck.. Guess I might have to call the city zoning. There's a house on the same road that had a 34x24 garage out back but it was in 1981. Auditor site says it's 816 sq ft.

Had a good 2 foot drift around the Fiero and the garage for maybe 5 feet. Then a slight dusting for 30 feet? Then towards the end of the driveway and sidewalks had 4-6 inches or so. Snow blower kinda did it's job. I need to rebuild the carb as it only runs on full choke. Got to do my driveway, sidewalks to the neighbors left and right of me and did my neighbors small driveway to the left. She texted me afterwards and said thanks and that I could have used her brand new snow blower.. mother fucker. oh well. Next time.

Thanks. I wouldn't even be thinking about it but the roof is shot (3k to replace) and the cinder block walls are starting to bow like ( ). Previous owner built it in like 74 and he did a janky job.

Anyone have any contacts for garage builders around here? I did have some work done to the garage 10+ years ago by Garage Guru's. They did a good job but haven't answered my emails. Does it look like a Subaru to you? I accidentally hit the front drivers fender with some compound to get my drip of sweat when I painted and it started to shine it up. Not what I was wanting. doh. They're called Sail Panels and they're about $200 each side. I went for the $10 plexi-glass option from Lowes. Hmm. Might need to look into a button but I don't have a turbo Maybe one that says "boost"
