Who does it on here? I know there are some. My son will be graduating in a few years and we've been getting these fliers in the mail like crazy for Senior pictures. I'm wondering if someone out there can cut a deal for some Senior pics (probably not until late 2011). Anyone?

This was my father in-laws and he passed away last year. My mother in-law doesn't use it so she wanted to sell it. It's a Murray. 40" cut, gator blades. Model number is 40619A. 12 HP motor. Shift on the fly gears ( I guess). I just moved it from her place to mine to sell it. Asking $450. I've seen some on ebay go for $300 and that didn't include the deck. There's nothing wrong with this. I just got done mowing the lawn. I do have it on a charger as it hasn't started in probably 2 years. It should be fine by tomorrow. If it doesn't go for $450 I might end up just buying it from her. It's a great mower. Tires are good, holds are fine (for the past 5 years). It was built in '01. That door there is where the end of the house used to be. It has a block foundation too, wood framing.

Anyone here in construction or used to do it? I'm debating on remodeling my kitchen sometime in the future and I need to bounce a few ideas off of someone. Our kitchen is an ok size. The previous owner built an addition onto the back and there's a door leading back into it. I'd like to knock this wall down but I'm pretty sure it's a load bearing wall and I'm not sure what all will be needed to do it correctly with a header or what not (or if it can be done at all). I can take some pictures if necessary. I'm free all day/night for the next few days. Other than that, anytime after 12 pm during the day I'll be home.

I have an old one. It's REALLY old. I don't have the hookups for it though (antenna, power), but you can have it. It wasn't that great when my wife had it. It cut out a few times here and there. Lemmie know if you're interested and I'll get a model number. You can also get one on ebay pretty cheap.
