I figured I'd throw this out there if anyone wants any cinder blocks from mmjy garage. Most of them aren't broken and are full. Today only. They'll probably be gone in about 4-5 hours. I think I have close to 20-25 of them.

Just got back in. New door is not insulated. There is no old door, unless you want 2 5' barn doors . As for the block. You'll shit yourself when you see the pics. We just pushed it over . lol

Yep. THe peeps that I bought the house off of bought it about a year old in 63 or 64. He build the garage himself as none of the houses here in my neighborhood had them new with the house. He did a LOT of fucked up things to the house that I'm slowly fixing. Hell. for the wiring to the garage, he tapped right off the meter and ran a line to the garage and put a breaker box (pushmatic) in there. No line going to the house to turn off the power. :gtfo:

She hosts Top Chef on Bravo. Not sure if anyone here watches it or not. She's got some fucked up huge scar on her right arm though. about a foot long. no idea where that came from.

I'm excited as hell. For the past 10 years my family has lived in this house I've never been able to put two cars in the garage (so it's just been mine and not my wife's ). I'm paying a company a decent chunk of change to come in, rip out the concrete block, frame in a 18x7 garage door. Right now there is a 10x7 barn door that only can fit in one car. I could have went the standard 16' door, but since the one side to the other side of the man door that is there is exactly 18', I'd have to put new brick in there for two feet. Might as well get the 18' and have a little extra room. I'll post some pics of the progress later.

yeah I saw that online. they want $55 for 4 hours. There was another place at Easton who wants $42 for 4 hours and $60 for the day.

I have a lot of wood from my neighbors stump and it's in huge chunks. I've already looked on homedepot.com and couldn't find anything. If no one has a log splitter to borrow for a half day, does anyone know where I can rent one?

I would have probably yakked but i didn't have anything to eat except 5 Guys earlier about noon that day. just a lot of shittin' . i'm more tired now than anything.

Wow we have a winner. Yeah they brought their own beers. I only ended up with 36 beers because I changed the air suspension in my wife's cousins Town Car yesterday. She asked what beer I liked. I said Mich light. Then she brought over two 12 packs. . Then I had an extra 12 I had bought earlier in the day.

The ONLY reason I knew how many is that I had 3 twelve packs in the fridge. I had my brother and another friend over last night and we were chilling outside in front of the fire. There was one beer left out of the 2nd 12 pack in the fridge in the garage.

Well. A shit, shower and a shave and I'm a new man.

So somehow I decided to drink 23 beers last night from about 5 pm until 1ish. Without eating any dinner. ugh.
