  1. Great! And thanks, I should get something in return too, but it takes a few hours. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
  2. Lol, good luck. If you need some game recommendations just say so. Did you use my referral link? Another friend of mine used it on Christmas and got $60 in Oculus Store credit. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
  3. Yeah, I never felt like having someone's ass hole 6 inches in front of my face in 3D was what was missing from a "flat screen" porn experience. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
  4. Just make sure he knows that if he's watching VR porn he won't be able to tell when someone walks in on him. He is a teenager, after all. This is probably the most common thing posted on the Facebook Oculus group page. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
  5. In this case the Oculus is just a display and the PC does all the heavy lifting. I'm not up on my PC specs enough to tell you if it's good enough. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
  6. Yeah, both of these will need to be played on PC with the Quest plugged in. They do not run natively on Quest. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
  7. Yeah, especially something like CREED on Endurance Mode. Not everything is super physical though. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
  8. https://www.oculus.com/referrals/link/Mallard1055/ Use that link before 12/31 and you get either $30 or $60 in store credit. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
  9. The Quest 2 is a standalone headset, he does not need a PC to play, but you can plug it into your PC and use it to play PC VR games too. Games range in price, but there are a lot of sales and they occasionally credit your account $10 or give you 30% off to get you to buy more. I'm not sure I've bought anything at regular price. There is a huge sale going on until Jan 2 on a lot of titles. I had a referral code that could have got you $60 in credits for games. It may still be going, so if he's serious and going to buy/set up his quest before Jan 2nd let me know. Let me know if you have other questions. I have had a Quest 2 since last Nov. I'm just a casual gamer though. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
  10. I didn't think anyone was selling a vehicle without a feature then retrofitting under warranty. The Monroney should be modified/accurate for what was delivered. This will be a disaster for the used market though, as features that typically come on a specific trim level will be missing. GM just got rid of seat heaters on a bunch of cars, so if you had a Blazer built earlier this year you might have it, but if it was built in November or later tough luck. Jeep had air suspensions restricted earlier on the Grand Cherokee, not sure if it's been added back. Dealers are desperate for cars. My neighbor at my cabin sells Chevy's and throughout the summer they had single digit inventory. She still sold ~26-35 cars per month though. Just like was said earlier, they're sold before they get off the truck. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
  11. I'm hoping that when they have to dump a bunch of cars that have been sitting for a long time that they offer some super cheap leases to get them on the road. I wouldn't mind a Chevy Bolt as a cheap commuter and just before the stop-sale you could get them for $107/month...now they've been sitting another ~6 months. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
  12. I would agree. Lot rot is always a concern. I always remember a story from years ago where this happened to a bunch of Chrysler Crossfire's. I would think they'd stick to first in, first out at these lots. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
  13. Interest rates should have gone up several years ago, if the economy is actually as healthy as people have been claiming. There aren't that many people who aren't working. Weekly jobless claims are low and unemployment is below 5%. But there is a shortage of qualified employees in certain areas (like truck drivers) that is driving price increases. New car prices haven't gone up much in the last year, it's just that demand is larger than supply so incentives have disappeared. The chip shortage has caused this (though a rubber shortage may be here too), as well as reduced some options/features that are available. The reduced supply of new cars has caused used car prices to go up. Though I would argue that GOOD used car prices have been on the rise for a while, even given rise to used car leasing. I still don't understand (and I don't think anyone does) whether the rise in prices will be permanent or how far they will drop again once supply chain issues relax. 14. What is it? For some reason Facebook tells me Page Not Found when I click the link. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
  15. Linky no worky Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
  16. Yeah, but that was because their system was hacked, not because of any politician. The only pipeline I know of that Biden killed was a Keystone XL, and that wasn't pumping any oil, and even when it was planned to most of it was for export and independent groups had studied and warned that the project would actually increase gas prices for people in the Midwest. https://www.consumerwatchdog.org/keystone Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
  17. Hinest question, how much oil/gasoline for the US market is moved through any pipeline that has been killed? The president has very little, to no affect on prices at the pump. The oil companies had excess production last year when everything shut down, so they stopped producing. Now that demand has gone back up they have been slow to ramp production back up. And the oil companies don't give a shit because they're making more profit on it. OPEC also is keeping production low. Oil companies have millions of acres of leases on public land that they aren't even using. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
  18. Do I think Biden’s ban is going to prevent any spread to the US? No, and it's most likely already here. What would I do differently? Lots of testing on anyone flying internationally. Did I agree with Trump's travel ban? No, there were people who went through thorough background checks in order to come to the US to flee violence and war, or for school or jobs, or even simply to visit family who had that all thrown away for an arbitrary reason. Trump took a lot of shit for his ban because his own website called for stopping Muslim immigration, then he banned travel and immigration from Muslim countries with no known direct threat to national security. That's why his ban was questioned from the start. For all the Trump supporters outraged at Biden over Afghanistan, where was that outrage when Trump blocked refugees from Yemen, Syria, or Iraq, trapping them in their countries? What would I have done differently? Thorough background checks of all people traveling here from those countries....which was already being done anyway. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
  19. The travel ban isn't going to matter either. It's a nice thought in order to limit the spread of a new variant, however it's not like this originated in South Africa. It was only found by South Africa because they are doing a lot of testing and sequencing, and now it's already been found in many other places, like UK and Australia, that we're not banning travel from. As it's been from the start, the key should be lots of testing, regardless of where people are traveling from. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
  20. Well, if you have read any of my posts you know that's not true about me. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
  21. I'm simply pointing out the hypocriticism of many of Mace's posts where he calls out Biden for something the Trump also did, and in some cases Trump was much worse about it. Yet he stayed silent when Trump did it, and still supports him 100%. Trump can do no wrong. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
  22. Man, if you hate exaggerations and falsehoods you must really hate when Trump speaks. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
  23. My point is that inside your own home, firing on an intruder should not be controversial. It's something everyone should be able to agree on. However, in an open street there are a ton of other factors that need to be considered and will get deliberated in court, as well as state laws that vary across the US for claiming self defense (like if there are stand your ground laws or not) that muddy the situation more. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
  24. This case sounds more like the Brianna Taylor situation, nothing like Rittenhouse. I don't think anyone has an issue with claiming self defense in your own home. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
  25. I'll break it down for you: Ashli Babbitt; rioter killed in the act of destroying federal government property that was the last barrier between a crowed that was chanting "hang Mike Pence" and members of congress: HERO and victim. We must have the name of the man who shot her so he can be harassed by the mob. Protesters killed or shot in the street after potentially feeling threatened by Kyle Rittenhouse brandishing an AR15 near them: scum of the earth, got what they deserved, not victims. Kyle is a hero. If you think otherwise you are a libtard snowflake. There are no shades of gray here. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
