Yeah, they are looking at comps in the area and trying to estimate price/Sq ft for your place, as far as I can tell. My neighborhood is newer and backs up to homes built in the 50's/60's, so that hurts Zillow's estimate. If the neighbors house burns down and they sell the lot for scrap Zillow will lower your value. They don't know the condition or finishes in your house.

The day I bought my house Zillow had it priced over $100k below the sale price, and we were competing with multiple offers.

A kid I grew up with (knew through friends) OD'd last year too. I had no idea it was a problem around there until then.

First house: probably around 30 walk-through's, were all scheduled with a realtor. Second house: hundreds on-line, casually looked for 3 years, did 3 scheduled walk through's.

I knew that was coming. You'll be waiting a long time, unless he can get a bunch of wrecked motors. Dodge said they're not planning on a crate motor at all. They're building as many as possible for sale in the cars, which supposedly is 12k/year if you read the forums.

I wonder how they are doing it, because it's not available as a crate motor.

Got a Nest for Christmas and I have the same problem. I could deal with it if it was a constant offset, but it's not. Some times of the day it will read the same as 2 other thermostats, other times it's a couple degrees off. One night it ended up being 74 (Nest set at 70) in the middle of the night, the next night it was 66 (Nest set at 69). Sounds like it's a major design issue. Considering my options now, since it was a gift and no gift receipt I'm not sure if I can exchange for a Honeywell and where.

No such thing as an automatic or a paddle shift Viper. They are all 6 speed manuals. It would be interesting to see the TA against an 8 speed auto car and on a road course. The Z06 should lay down a ridiculous lap time.
