Its important to say that many of these are only "controlling shares" Ford doesnt really "own" mazda, it just has a "controlling share" (thank god). luckily this didnt happen until late 1995, when mazda needed the help due to the japanese econony at the time. ok, update, so I had someone crank the car, and the fuel pressure gauge was reading up to 50psi on the rail itself.. so aparently its likely NOT a fuel problem... hmmm

I just drove it Monday night (less than 2 days ago) No, hitting the gas does pretty much the same thing as no pedal.. just fires right up and falls on its face

Hello, I'm having trouble and cannot get my car started. I crank the car and it gets to about 800-1000 rpm, and it immediately dies. It may be a fuel issue, not 100% sure. I dont think its an actual motor issue, because the car actually almost starts, but then instead of idling after the cranking, it just falls flat on its face. I am located on OSU campus. I can give beer/money whatever scott

are you talking about the 500e, which was the older (2 generations ago) body, but had 322hp, were pretty quick? or the e500, newer body with just an amg badge? if its the latter, than its just a reg. e500 with the sport pkg or a fake badge.

I know someone that works just on preludes. He is constantly fixing them up on the side to make some extra cash. Usually the cars he works on arent the nicest, but I know he can do good work and itll be cheap. PM me if interested

They should go to a FMIC like the EVO has. Removes that ugly scoop, and better heat dissapation since the intercooler isnt constantly being heat soaked by the motor.

How about a turbo volvo or a turbo saab? They are FWD, but they make good power and are pretty reliable. 4 door M3 (e36) would fit the bill, although it might be hard to find a nice one for 10k Maximas are pretty nice and cheap and a good motor.

Try to get your money back by filling a buyer complaint with paypal (if this is how you paid) This always makes the buyer work to try to make things right, otherwise he doesnt get the money for his item.

Thats a good way of looking at it. I couldnt agree more. My theory is that speed limits should change as cars progress. Driving 80-90 in any new car should feel safe. Brake technology, aerodynamics, and safety have all dramatically changed in the last 20+ years --- why havent the speed limits changed accordingly????
