  1. Thanks for the help! SOLD Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. https://bringatrailer.com/listing/2003-chevrolet-corvette-z06-26/ That one has lower mileage but more owners. Everything works on mine including both door locks and no windshield chips but those seats do have less wrinkles. I also include an INSTALLED column lock bypass for free. I am going to see what it costs to put it on there. I have had more no shows, tire kickers, and drama on this car than anything I have ever sold before. I had 3 people just yesterday flake out. I drove to meet someone the day previously and they let me know a minute before our meeting time that they had something come up all of a sudden. Covid issue? I am leaning that way as I am getting similar with my 01 subaru outback H6. TTT
  3. Yep, the bat car was wrecked a year older and closed at 17.5k. I may throw it up there haha Dropped this one to 20k OBO. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Thanks for the advice. Dropped to 22k and Looking into it now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Thanks, pm’d - I have it listed everywhere and have received little feedback but a few oohs and aahs. I know a c6z or c7z aren’t as good for me as I have had or driven both and would have one still if so. A c8 is 100k by the time you actually get one and the reviews are mixed so far. 8. It is with hesitation that I post this excellent condition Corvette Z06 for sale. I have owned it since 2008 and enjoyed every minute of it. I am the second owner and the first was a GM executive. I have yet to find a car as well engineered and versatile as this one. The c6 and c7 were basic updates on this generation of corvette which elevated the breed to near super car status with its front engine and rear transaxle balance. The z06 is the most powerful, best handling, braking, lightest and rare of them all. There were less than 650 cars in this color and options combination ever built. This version is almost completely unmodified and unmolested with “upgrades” of column lock bypass, HID headlight bulbs (original bulbs included), and reengineered 2004 GM valve springs. With just over 50k miles, fresh tires, functional HVAC display and both working windows, it is sure to deliver many more s-miles. $20,000.00 OBO Thanks for your time. 9. I still need to plumb the aeromotive regulator in as the powerful Bosch 044 is overwhelming the OEM truck regulator and it is idling at 70 psi instead of oem 58psi which is causing it to run eye watering rich. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I primed the pump, crossed my fingers, and... YES!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. I had previously rigged the MAF to the TB as well as routed the steam lines to the upper radiator hose as shown here. Armed with a fresh crush washer and the shorter fitting I put everything back together and flashed the pcm with hptuners to remove VATS so it would crank and start.
  12. I turned the key and the fuel pump primed properly! I did it a few more times to revel in my success and noticed a distinct fuel smell. I checked the engine compartment... nothing. I followed the lines all the way to the pump... nothing. Then I found it. Apparently the crush washer wasn’t crushed fully and wasn’t allowing the AN adapter fitting to seal properly at the outlet of the Bosch 044 pump. I tried tightening it further and when that did not suffice I siphoned the gas from the tank and removed the fitting to see what the problem was. It was evident that it bottoming out against the inside of the pump. After considerable time on the internet and on the phone with Jegs and Summit tech support, I decided to take a chance on a different 12mm x 1.5 x 6an adapter fitting that was made specifically for carburetors. Here they are side by side: Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. I found a nice split grommet to run pass the bulky pcm connectors through without unpinning every wire shown here. Then I managed to mount the pcm, fuel pump and pcm batt relays and fuses as well as the obdii port and temp check engine light. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Hey all- A friend of mine recently had his 2011 Nissan Quest Minivan refuse to move under its own power and had it towed to the dealership. The CVT transmission has failed for the second time in his ownership. He now has 154k miles. The transmission and a few engine sensors need replaced according to the dealer and they want more than the car is worth. He is looking at selling it for scrap value and wanted to know if I had any other ideas/suggestions. I don’t have the time to bring it to my garage and fix it for him as I already have 3 non running cars in there now! Thanks in advance for your help. Andrew Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
