  1. Hey all- a buddy of mine took a turn too fast and dumped his peanut butter banana smoothie all over the interior of his Audi- Does anyone have any good interior product recommendations/tips? Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. I think one of the reasons his numbers while exceptional may not look as good as the others yet he is still leading is that he was SO impressive at bat, word got out, and pitchers wouldn't throw him anything. He got drafted by the Detroit Tigers the year before they won the pennant. His fielding abilities as a left handed first baseman were supposedly exceptional as well. Again, I am not a sports guy, but even I can recognize that his hand-eye coordination is phenomenal. He has uncorrected 20-15 vision. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. I don't know much about baseball- maybe since he has the most RBI? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. You are right, small world! I met Joe at the wedding. Thanks for all the votes. He is a beast of an athlete. I talked him into playing Rec soccer and having never played before we put him in goal and he was like Tony Meola! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    WTB Dryer

Hey there - I have a dryer I picked up for a friend of mine out of the neighbors trash- it is one of the old school whirlpool Kenmore electric models that you can actually fix and lasts. My wife and I have a set that are over 18 years old. My friend had a Samsung dryer less than 3 years old that had a bad heater element. We fixed it and somehow one of the circuit boards failed and it wouldn't power on. He paid three techs to come out that wanted 300.00 plus their service charge and labor to fix it with no guarantee. I was going to diagnose the board for him but he got impatient with my schedule and bought a new dryer without telling me. Anyways- it's in my garage- I found out he didn't need it after grabbing it for him. It doesn't have a power cord and I know nothing about it. I am going to eventually fix it and sell it on Craigslist (for big money haha) or keep it for parts for mine. I am not buying one of those new disposable yet expensive junkers. Let me know, Andrew Edit: phone number deleted haha I thought this was on pm. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. The guy that owns it is really cool- I am sure he would help you with any questions you had. He is from up north and bought a transfer case from me. He has been giving me tips on my gremlin project so I said I would throw his Camaro on here. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  17. Hey if you have a tig setup up and running and have a few minutes I would like to stop by if you don't mind and have you try my auto darkening helmet compared to yours. I don't weld that often but I can't seem to see &(;5? anymore with it and I have a lot of welding to do shortly so would like to know if it's me or the helmet. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. I wasn't running it non stop but def more than 30 min a time. It was very very cold outside but typically I do not drag out the heater unless it is so painful I would get hypothermia if not I have always worked in non heated garages and while I don't like it can survive and be functional on most days. 19. That is the 5000 watt heater I was referring to! Can anyone tell me how fast they use their 20lb propane tanks in their better setups? Stopping and driving 20 min to get another one at 15-20 every day is not a good option for me- I have considered getting a larger tank out of sight and fill the little ones with that as the $/lbs is a lot cheaper... 20. Clay- I also have been recently researching this... I have used a torpedo propane heater that feeds off of a grill tank the past few winters. It will provide sufficient heat but really uses up tanks- a long day (10-12 hours) wrenching will use almost 3 tanks or ~ $60.00 when it is about 15 degrees outside and the heater on its lowest setting so I don't know how efficient they are. Also the door does have to be open about 6" which will use even more propane as I ran it closed and it built up to the point before I had an uncontrollable coughing fit until I opened the door and went outside. Garage forum/journal seems to favor the FAHRENHEIT 5000 watt electric heaters or the cheaper rebranded equivalents but I haven't gotten any further than this yet...
  21. Thanks all! I am going to borrow clay's Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Hey all- anyone know of a place that rents an engine hoist? Pref with leveler? I can't fit the tractor loader under the garage roof and don't dare believe this weather will continue to let me pull this engine and then get the other in and out a few times to figure out this swap... Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
