Holy crap. I am more sore today than I remember being in a long time. I just did a brief chest workout, very brief, and hit the bike for rehab work. Felt good to be back in the gym using weights. PT today and then the back workout on Friday. Now I just have to wait until I can do squats and deadlifts again

I vote everytime. It does take more than 1 person to make things happen as well. I guess we will see if it's time to fall back into the recession or figure a way out.....time to earn that money and free everything else for those who were just elected.

Fuel setup is looking good. I wish the damn fitting weren't so much though. They add up quickly.

This is what I was told based on the flow testing. I actually got these from a friend who had maybe 500 miles on them and then put the rest on them myself. I forget who did the flow testing for him. I'd have to ask.

I finally got cleared to do upper body work again, after 7 weeks off. Stupid ACL surgery. I just have to wear my brace and I am good to go. Longest 7 weeks I've had in awhile. Only problem is that I have to wait atleast another 5 weeks to jog/run. I'm hoping to be ~20lbs lighter come spring time as well. I think I can manage that one.
