  1. I may have been around a 4 door ATS-V while getting tuned recently. It had exhaust, intake, some extra boost, and some good octane fuel. Made 550 wheel. I prefer the v8 sounds, but I bet that car would be fun to tool around in.
  2. Looks like they're releasing him straight out of the ICU tomorrow, to home. Still trying to work through the gag reflex, but otherwise he's making a fast recovery. I'll be in Columbus tomorrow to help him get home and settled. We'll advise when he's ready for visitors. :)

That's how it's done apparently. Fuck wasting time doing step down. Directly from medically induced coma to upright with middle fingers in the air.

  3. Yes, and that's not on "kill". Ill put up the slip when i get back form Florida.

Im honestly on the fence with downsizing the turbo. Without a trans that can reliably NLTS at 10k+, I just cant use this power band. Considering my options moving forward...

Time to pony up for a good tranny and get a gear box built while you are at it ;)

You are asking way too much out of $50 boxes. You already know this though.

  4. He's still sedated, and likely will be for several more days. However his condition is improving and it sounds like the immediate danger is getting lower.

Thanks for your support, and I know he appreciates it more than you'd think. Gruff fucker still likes to know people appreciate his grumpy ass. :)

That's great news Chris. I'll have to give him shit when he gets out. He wouldnt take it any other way from me :)

  5. FYI Anthony made it through the night, he's going into surgery today. No change in his status.

Glad he made it. Hoping he comes through the surgery well. Thinking about you guys and praying for the best.

  6. I took my kids fishing last weekend. Spent a couple of hours at a small pond in Hilliard. My son caught 3 blue gill, which is the usual catch there. Both of my kids like doing it and it's awesome for me to be outside with them. I used to fish with my grandpa in Florida when I was my sons age. Loved it and now I get to pass that on :)
  7. There's a LOT going on with the exterior detailing, but it looks pretty clean. I'm very interested in the dimensions: I'm staring at that woman's head trying to get an idea of perspective...those doors look like they bow outward a good amount. The front end is looking very LaFerrari-ish.

I've seen the rear shots as well and the only thing I'm not liking is the exhaust tips, and the rear wheels. They almost look too flat...should carry some dish to them, I hope. Actually, those wheels in general look like something I can buy 4 of for $499 shipped on eBay.

Overall though, I think it looks awesome. If it's anything less than $100k base with a stick it will definitely be a new dream car of mine. The nose looks big too...would be great to have some decent, Tesla-level boot storage for weekend trips.

One of the articles I read said no manual option, but who knows. Kind of like the new gt500. *insert DCT outperforms a stick* comments here...which is in your rectum :gabe:

  8. I voiced my opinion to get a v8. I still stand by that and would have gotten the older 2011+ s197 5.0 to get it vs the v6 s550. With that being said anyone out there using their car is a winner in my book. I actually think someone tracking a v6 mustang is much cooler than the guy hard parking a gt/350/500. I also find it ironic that the people picking on his car purchase the most drive literal shit boxes, like you've pointed out multiple times.

Personally I wouldnt have done the 6er, but it's not my car. Also, Turner tuned a v6 turbo car that made 600 wheel so there is potential to make some power. What tranny is in the stick v6?

That shit is so played out. :nono:

If you must have black skip the cheapened look of the machined lip. Makes it look like you bought them at Sears. There are lots of wheel options out there that won’t break the bank, TSW makes some nice Corvette fitment wheels.
