ah yes, sorry I just assumed that people would somehow know that. In fact I'm not sure if the PS3 has regional protection. If you create an japan PSN account you can sign on and download all the japanese games they have, and I have yet to download one that hasn't worked. The back of the GT5 case says region 2 and all my US games say region 1 but it works no problem.

Is price to high? OBO if anyone has a figure in their head.

I have the japanese version of GT5 prologe and would like to sell it. There are no regonal issues with the game, and most of the menus are in english while the others are easy to figure out what they are. (if you've downloaded the grand tuismo HD demo, the menus are the same setup.) Plus it's easy to find site with pictures of translation on them. I'd like $35 for it.

Why does sony suck? I never really understood why people dislike them?

Why was HD-DVD better? Was it better at compression or something? I know that they say that the blu-ray will be abled to be 8x layered and hold some 200 gb, and I think the HD-DVD could only get to 80gb. Plus I don't know of any sony people paying off companies to win, but microsoft surley did pay paramount and dreamworks $150 million to try and keep HD-DVD alive.

71... oops, the cars going fine. We haven't done much to the car itself except carve all of the putty out of the roof, plus we got a motor built for it. I think we are going to get all the body panels for it with the tax return money we get. BTW anyone know of a good transmission rebuilder?

lol, dont get me wrong. I wouldn't want it for all the ricer hondas and stuff. I'd just like to get my car (72 Skylark) into the movie. Plus if they shot the scence with the cars they would have to bring in all the hot asian models they always have walking around in the movies:)

I just got a PS3, the Grand Turismo HD minigame/demo looks better than forza 2, and all it is is grand turismo 4 rioded up a little I guess (that’s what I read on ps3 forums). So I can't wait to see what Grand Turismo 5 looks like. Also GRAW2 3D wise is the same, but the textures and lighting are better on the PS3, but my opinion might be bias as IGN I think it was, gave GRAW2 on the PS3 a full point lower rating. The only other game I've played was Resistance Fall of Man which is really fun co-op. Also heads up on Grand Turismo should be releasing another teaser game/demo on the grand turismo 5 base here soon(or so I've heard).

Yes Mercedes charge UNGODLY amounts for their 'service plans'. I think it was 2 or 3 weeks ago a SLR came in and it cost $4k to have its oil changed. I was talking to a cashier up their and its on avg. that it cost 400 dollars to have routine maintenance on any Mercedes.

So I'm trying to piece together a fuel system for my car. The car is going to be somewhat of a gas guzzler and is carbureted. The carburetor is a Quadra jet with the jets drilled open a little. What I need help with is I'm not sure what to do with the fuel system. I'd like to get an external electric fuel pump and regulator but have no clue with what to get. I was looking at the pump regulator combo (793-30-140K)http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_10001_10002_753804_-1_10307, but it seems awkwardly low priced compared to the others. So what I am requesting is a little advice on what I should look at to get for my car. Any advice is much appreciated.

It really is an interesting debate isn't it? I see what you’re saying. I was thinking of it as a sleeper type thing. Someone who has a car that could beat a 300hp camaro, you put that on your plate (not just 300 but 300hp), you have more hp in reality. When you race him you win, and he'd wonder why this camaro beat him. But apparently it's a dumb idea to everyon else so it's a no go:(

I always thought it would be cool to have a hp number like 100 or so lower than you actually had. So like you have 450hp but the licence says 350, it would confuse a lot of people.
