  1. I've been working in Dealerships for the past 18 years.I just left them in Feb. but I am still in the business. There are so many "rumors" of dealers going out right now it's not even funny.I have heard those 3 plus about 4 more.Ford and GM are both reducing the number of dealerships since you don't need 10 Ford or GM dealerships or Chrysler for that matter in one market.I just hope those are FACTS (you might know) you are throwing out and not rumors. There are a lot of people employed at those places (Graham Ford had 200) and stuff like this could cause a lot of stress for people that work there hearing this.Oh yea, theres been stories of Ricart going belly up for 15 of the 18 years I've been in the business. As far as buy 1 get 1 free, that has been going on for at least 5 years with end of year sales.I looked at a new Expedition that was marked $12,000.00 off sticker price to get rid of it and that was before negotiating. What's dealer invoice on a Focus?By the way I think I saw your Vette in Ricart Chevys parking lot a couple weeks ago, looks good.
  2. Is that an accomplishment worth bragging abou?
  3. +1.They want everything handed to them without working for it.
  4. If you have every other car you want, why not?Plus when you get together with your friends you can say raise your hands if you have a 63 SD Tempest,oh wait, only I do.
  5. Here's an example of an ultra rare muscle car and it' value. 1971 Plymouth "Hemi" Cuda convertible Value in 2000: $49,600 Value today: $2 million Source: Kelley Blue Book (Photo may differ from the specific car named. Car pictured is 1970 model.) Introduced in 1970, there were few takers that could step up the plate with the extra cost for one of these powerhouses, add to that sky-rocketing insurance rates and production was just a few hundred. Making its final appearance in 1971, it is reported that a mere dozen 'Cuda convertibles were equipped with the Hemi, no two alike in color, trim and transmission choices -Phil Skinner, KBB

  17. I hope people aren't just realizing that Pryor can't throw the football deep. That is his weakness. He's good for 15-20 yards max and then he looks like my 7 yr old son (actually my son can throw a tight spiral about as far as Pryor). It's sad they couldn't get in the end zone,Michigan did it twice in the first half.
  18. In the US he would have a mulit-million dollar civil suit and appear on a reality show.
