I would definitely try him if I had a Benz,like I said I never heard anything bad about his work and he was almost obsessive about the condition of his parts.He has been there a while so he must be doing something right.

I used to sell parts to them when I worked for Mercedes.They were a pain in the but to sell parts to because they were so picky about their parts.If the box had been open they wanted you to order another one because someone might have tried the part on a car already,even if it was perfect looking and had nothing on any connections.They would say I'll just wait on you to order another one.Very,Very thorough almost to the point of obsessive.I never heard anything bad about their work so I would give them a try.He would always say this is Brian Niday at Niday Automotive when you knew his voice as soon as he said Hi,if you talk to him you'll understand what I mean.

I had a 80 shot on a 2.8 Fiero GT.It lasted about 50k with the 80 shot and was running fine when I got rid of it.I had one backfire when I tried to go to a 100 shot that melted my plugs and blew my intake hose off,I would say I leaned it out a bit.I would think a 50 shot would be fine as long as everything is in good working order,

Try a 92 4x2 Toyota 4 cyl 5 spd truck with 249k and the original clutch.I bought it with 12k on the odo so I know the clutch is the original.I am afraid to pass a garbage truck.

I got a Sienna LE for the wife.I agree about once you have a mini-van it's hard to live without one especially with 3 kids like I have.My wife is totally against doing anything to it,I just wanted to lower it a bit and do a little wheel upgrade but she said no way.Try hauling 3 kids around in a 5.0 notchback or your 13 yr old son and his 3 friends,all 5'8" to 6'1".

We've had people do that at my work a couple of times.The last time we were having Porters pull up customers cars and the white ladies car came up first, so we were racist because the white ladies car came up first.It had nothing to do with one Porter walking faster that the other or where the cars were parked on the lot.The guys don't know which car belongs to which person until they bring them back because the cars are tagged with numbers.The cashier hands the keys to them and says pull this car up under the canopy for us.

Imports can be fast but it takes so much money to do it and you lose your reliability in most cases.I think they should've found a Supra Turbo or something RWD to get it done.I would find somebody else to race if I had to ask for 20 cars.I think I would race a lot of cars with my wifes Sienna if they gave me 20 cars.

Why doesn't he use the Ford small block?It's a bolt-in affair that way.I thought about buying a Focus with a bad motor and swapping everything from my Mustang over to it but I don't think I could drive a Focus.Still sounds like a quick little car.

I had a 75 Monza with a 400 small block and stock appearing down to the 13 inch hubcaps.That thing SUCKED out of the hole but from about 50mph up it was fun.I have some good pics of me doing a burnout,no video back then.I used to pull balls of rubber out of the rear fenderwells.I think a sleaper is anything that appears to be stock but can run.A guy my age has seen most of the engine swaps out there so just because it's been done doesn't rule it out as a sleeper.I always thought the Chevette with the Buick 3.8 would be fun or the SVO 2.3 Turbo motor in a 1940 Ford was cool.

My Dad had a black 85 Tune Port IROC.He bought it as a stolen recovery without wheels/tires and t-top glass.Then he had it stolen from him twice with the second time never seeing the car again.

I guess 600 Import hp is a lot less than 627 Domestic hp.I guess the F-Body did use 100 shot too when they let him.The Civic had both bumpers off and he let them put slicks on.I would have to E-bay the Civic ASAP and buy a new tranny for the Firebird,although it ran ok the last run.
