The T5 does not have 5th/reverse. This is because the shift fork needs adjusted, there is not damage to the transmission no parts required, someone with knowledge or a manual can easily adjust this and have it in working order. I have a King Cobra Clutch with about 500 miles on it and it was holding at about a 400tq range just fine. It looks practically unused. The pressure plate is a centerforce stage 2. $200 and pickup takes the whole lot.

Evan the bonuses vary based upon performance and position. We receive a Christmas bonus and I can't put full detail out on how much it would be. It's not small. It's going to put your pay range between 36k - 42k. Evan you may even take a pay cut.
