I have the Aetna HMO and the standard vision, since prescription co-pays are the same as the higher priced plans, I don't have kids and just never really use my insurance so I went for the one that would cost me the least.

IMO it would be nice if the bars would take initiative and not allow smoking, I don't go to bars partially because I don't like all the smoke. If not having smoking in their bar would help their business they would probably do it. Unfortunately most people who go to bars smoke. I just don't think it should be the governments place to tell the business owners what they can do.

That is absolutely not true here about it not affecting bars. It definitely does hurt their business if they are near an area that allows smoking, people will drive the extra couple minutes so they can smoke inside. In Cali they can't smoke inside anywhere so it doesn't matter which bar people go to.

That is what I am saying, I just don't think it should be up to the government to make the decisions for the business owners.

I personally am a non smoker but I agree 100% with Shrek, I like not having smoking at the restaraunts. However I still think that it should be up to business owners how they want to run their business. I think it was a good responsible move for applebees to go non smoking, even though it hurt their business. If smoke really bothers you that much, then you shouldn't be somewhere that allows smoking, either get over it or don't go there.

Yeah TurboTax is free to efile with if you use the link from the IRS site, you don't pay anything at all unless you have them file your state also.. wouldn't hurt to run through it too see if it is worth paying someone to prepare them next year.

Hey as long as I had that car it ran great I actually never had anything go wrong with that car with the new engine.

When I got a salvage title on my RX7 they just checked the car out, made sure turn signals worked and the horn and brake lights worked, and that was about it, they never checked any emissions or anything like that.

I guarentee that that thing will go off road 10x better than your 87 4x4, the second hemi is a little excessive but the truck itself is pretty sweet, and it is a show car thus the 20's, It would be an awesome offroad toy if they ever made something like that though.

The first time I was 17 and still in HS, they were offering $60 a day for training then and 9 or 10 an hour to start, The training they signed me up for was from like 4 to midnight or something... so I really just didn't want to go in.

That seems pretty low, I am pretty sure training was $60 a day when I was going to work there in 1999, at least that is what they told me, and that was 6 years ago...

Did the Maxima you picked up run as it was or did you have to do some work to get it running? that is a hell of a deal for any car that actually runs and drives, even if it needs a little work. Do most of the cars there just have body damage or what?
