can we all get together some time to swao these out? when is a good date for you guys? i have a steeda 2.81 for my cobra, and paid 110 for pulley, idler bracket, hardware, and idler pulley.

yeah im looking too, and have another thread open. where can you rent it? maybe we can go halfs on the rental.

any willing to let me borrow your tool to change out my pulley so i can get my car dynotuned? or willing to help? willing to let me borrow it? i bought a used pulley, so i didnt get the tool.

85 ,and 83 i think had 4bbl, but i think it had the iron intake instead of the edelbrock performer intake rebadged with ford logos. im not sure what the 84 had.......just to help you id what engine you have. the 85 had a holley 600, but it has a built in filter on the front bowl, and has giant humps at each end of the bowls for the air inside to i THInK went to the charcoal can.....just so you know if you have the original or aftermarket 4bbl. also, i still have my original 85 block, pistons and crank and rods if you want to buy anything. the engine smoked, no broken rings, but it was driven hard. i used the crank in a 306 with the ho cam, but had an oil pump fail. so i dont have the cam, and the crank needs reground....but i have all the rest if you dont have what you need.

i know he has done 3d max(?) its a 3d computer animation program, various music programs, the retouching photos was in "photoshop".....i dont know if it was the regular adobe or just a similar program. he has also made signs, banners, and various artwork for austin lake state park near steubenville ohio. ill see if they have a website, and post a link.

life skills? where exactly is the bottoms? i thought that was the new word for the ghetto? she is possibly moving to the miller kelton area. i am from eastern ohio...steubenville/pittsburgh/west virginia/toronto/wheeling.....i lived in pickerington, and thought it was nice...i used to drive at night to find my way around for the day....i used to drive all the way down to the west side on main, and think ive seen some of the most horrible hookers ever! i now live right off of bethel road, between upper arlington and dublin. i have never been in a worse area than the miller kelton area. for a detour when 70 shut down, we had to go turn around on the highway, and take the miller kelton onramp to the area. we all had to merge and everyone was taking turns to get in line. i took my turn in the cobra in front of an old caravan, and was followed for about 20 minutes with a guy riding beside me trying to start a fight. normally, i would yell back at people...but he was obviously from the area, and knew his way around the streets. the roads were never plowed, and had about 4-5 inches of packed snow and ice, and had more ice just dumped on us(which is why the detour was in effect)....well, cobras do not go in ice, even if you start out in 4th gear! i was stuck, the guy didnt follow me down the road, because it was a dead end...there wasnt a sign! i was there for 20 minutes or so trying to get out. people peeked out there window, but no one helped. i almost took the volvo front mount that i had just bought out of the trunk, to shove under my tire....i used my pants instead! my girlfriend (if she moves) would be moving into their basement, and i would think that would be even easier to get to her. the guy she would be moving in with(her friend is his fiance and they just bought this house)is not at all a large guy. he is smaller than me, and i wouldnt think he would be able to save anyone from even a little harm. my girlfriend is VERY attractive, and has even told me about being scared just going to her friends house. she is from the independence school area, and considers it no worse, because her sister's car had been stolen. am i wrong? could there be any worse place? should we move to the worst place, just to make our lives seem better? or look like the worst people in the best neighborhood?

what would you guys consider the absolute worst place to live in town? i have an idea, but im still new to the city. my girlfriend wants to move in with her friend in a very bad area of the city, but im afraid something will happen to her. maybe there are worse areas, and i dont need to worry?

i went to grahm for some stuff, but they forgot about me in the waiting room, and i still havent gotten a call about my warranty work. to be honest kevin, im going ot go back to ricart after havign them do warranty work on the mach 1, i was almost close to being slightly satisfied......but, the first time, they took my car for a 30 mile joyride to check the brake noise(i took it in for the shaker squeak).

oh yeah, i know the 302s do that....i usually open all the passages up in the gasket when i build them.

i think lean makes the car run hotter, my uncle has a 429 in an 86 with a 4cyl radiator and his does fine. black magic makes very slim fans that i bet would fit. check jegs or any mustang catalog out. how hot is it running? bad thermostat possibly? are you already running a belt driven fan?

a friend of mine is swapping a 5 spd into his auto 1998 gti. basically everything is done, but there is a rod that goes through the top of the clutch and brake pedals. does anyone have any tips on how to get this thing to move? we cant seem to get the rod to go through a white plastic brake spring retainer piece.

yes....im from the pittsburgh area, and there...people fly, but they ride your ass. you dont have to worry about being stuck behind people, but it sucks having 20 cars behind you about a foot inbetween. (maybe safety in numbers?) i usually stay in the left lane and go 65(70-80), and get over if someone is going faster. pickerington definitly is bad too. there needs to be more than one major way out of pickerington.
