Question for knowledgable bike owners/sellers
PonyPimpstress1647545491 replied to civicboy375's topic in Daily Ride
Unless your GF is a hard person to deal with, don't let her negotiate the sale. I went to a place in Deleware and they tried to sell me the same bike that I purchased for $2500 more than what I paid as ASK off of Bethal Road. I've had nothing but bad dealings with the people that work at ASK in Grove City (I tried to purchase there as well as parts for my bike). Eric and I baught the 750 and the Busa from ASK out East. Rich is awesome to work with. Just a tip, don't buy from a woman sales person at ASK. Good luck. -
There may be an initial spike in taxes to support the cost of the drug test, but think of how much we would save. I have a friend that is a social worker and she could attest that the majorty of people on welfare are on some sort of drug. I'd be all for this to take effect and I'd be happy to pay the initial spike do see the fall in the long run! (even tho we all know that the government would NEVER lower taxes lol) If only that were true... Most have cars that the welfare system is paying for.

You get annoyed that people bring up your past, but yet you throw others past in their face. Yes it was in the past, but you say that you don’t bring it up. May I remind you of the video that you posted a while ago from a dyno day that happened at Dyno Tune Motorsports where your immaturity appeared yet again for ‘thanking me’ for not ‘beating your ass’. No one may have died the night that you displayed your intelligence for the few of us that were there… but does someone need to die for people to remember ignorance? Your past will always stick with you. Get over it. Like you said, it took a lot for you to build some of your bridges. Is it that hard to comprehend that there are going to be quite a few people that will never forget your ignorance? Are you still that immature that you need every single person on CR to like you? Do you really think that people who hear the true story [of pulling an e-brake DURRING a race (even though you crossed the line first) on a back street that had a curve at the end and barley big enough to race two cars side by side safely] are going to say that you’re an up standing citizen and want to become buddy buddy with you? If you have to have the approval from Jones or anyone else on this board that is not a “friend” then you have not matured at all from that night. p.s. This post does not mean that my original words after the incident are null and void. Sorry to everyone that really this extremely long post. ~Jenn

I have a friend that is looking in to buying a SUV. She has been able to do research and obtain reviews from someone at Honda and is wanting to know a little about the VUE. She's never owned a Saturn and doesn't know anyone that has one. Can anyone give a good review (positives and negatives) about Saturn as a compan and/or the Saturn Vue? Aparently the Vue has a Honda engine? Help, Jenn

Joe, I have Sirius in the 04 Mustang. Eric installed it and it was a sinch. I think we have the cheaper model (whatever that is)... If you want to try it out or want to ask any questions, give me a call. You can take the stang for a few hours and just cruize and listen to the radio to get a good feel for the stations. ~Jenn

Those that have responded with questions and thoughts have been a BIG help. Jesse, I'll tell her you mentioned the roach story... she'll appreciate that. As for what Dr. Rick said... I totaly agree and I'm a woman. The mom generaly stays home. Alot of people look at it as a cost benefit. Can you afford to stay home, not get in trouble at work and still be on good terms with your boss?! If you work for a company where you are tight with your boss people tend to stay home bc they know their boss won't let them go. It's a catch 22. Damned if ya do, damed if ya dont! p.s. Joe, pm sent back -
Interview Questions-need advice
PonyPimpstress1647545491 replied to PonyPimpstress1647545491's topic in Dumpster
Well my best friend is a girl, and I believe she is interviewing with a woman as well. I'm not sure what she'd do. All I know is she would have summers off, so it might be for a school or something? I was looking for info that Dr. Rick provided. Any tips on answers? She's not tooo open about her personal life and since she has her masters I know she wants to settle down at a job in her field working with kids (which this job does). Thanks for the tips (it's been a while since i've had an interview where the person interviewing me doesn't know me). -
My best friend is interviewing for a Social Work position and she's wanting me to do a mock interview with her. Can anyone help me with general interview questions? Joe? Tilley? I've seen you guys post in threads about this before. TIA, Jenn

You might be able to try and cheat the system by enrolling in a class at CSCC and saying that you can't miss bc of school and then drop the class after they excuse you. I've been called twice and both times I was excused from it because of class! GL
