When it's sold, whoever the new owner is, he or she will clearly be aware of the fact that the brakes need to be replaced BEFORE the car can be driven, PERIOD. Didn't think I needed to state the obvious, but I'll go ahead and do so.

Obviously I'm not driving it at the moment, nor will it be driven again until they are fixed.

Have a 1995 Ford Taurus I'm dealing with at the moment and the brake line has a hole in it, ie, I don't have brakes. Where would I find the best deal to have it patched? Is it better to just have someone run new brakes lines? I plan on selling or trading the car at some point, I'm just trying to figure out if it's worth it or not. It only has approx 46,000 miles, but it's physically beat up and there are holes in the exhaust, so it sounds very throaty. I simply don't want to throw money into it and not get my money back when I sell it. Ideas.......

I'm at the beginning of the process for looking for a new daily driver. I'm looking for suggestions as to where to go to look (besides this forum). I won't be in a position to purchase anything until June/July and am not looking to spend anymore than $3,000. I'm looking for something that's good on gas to get me to school/work, mainly in town driving. I'd prefer a Honda or Toyota, but I'm open to consider a Chevy or Pontiac as well. Suggestions.....

Looking for a headlight assembly for a 95 Taurus and also a hood release and latch, along with a front bumper if possible. Thinking about getting a new rear bumper for the 05 Civic as well. I realize I would need to paint it to match and really just seeing what the cost difference is if I get it myself rather than going thru the dealer for the part and replacement, trying to save money if possible.

Ok, this is strickly an observation, but can someone please explain to me how it is acceptable for people of one race to use certain phrases but then if someone from a different race uses the same phrase, it's racist. Ok, this was a topic of conversation recently for me, in which there were various opinions, and I wanted to see what people on here think. Ok, when I was a teenager, I never looked older than the age I actually was. Yes, that was 8 years ago , but still, today it's different. I see girls and guys, anywhere from 14-18, who look as if they are 21-25, . It's almost as if now, and this is mainly for guys, you have to check a woman's id to make sure she's of age :doh:. Anyways, what does everyone think?

I lift anywhere from 3 to 5 days a week, and I love it. For me, I had to see results. In a matter of one year, I went from 120lbs to 155lbs. I have also jumped weight tremendously in my bench press. Alot of people don't stick with it b/c they want results quickly, and it just doesn't always happen that way.
