Oh lord, I didnt explain why because youw ill all make fun of me. I turn 18 in like a week, and all of you always talk about how many godam guns you have, so I was considering buying one. I'm not going to go nuts or anything. I have to get a rifle, since I have to be 21 to have a pistol. I hate AK's and such, so I figured I'd try sniper rifles.

You and I both. Modifying ANY engine shortens it's life. The apex seals on the one I owned lasted until 125k, stock. There are many first gen's that have over 175k on the stock first motor. Almost every 3rd gen in town is at least moderately modified.
