  1. Its a child molesters dream come true. And if she pisses you off, there is less body to hide, should all fit in 1 kitchen bag.
  2. I supervise her while driving. She is not alowed to drive it unless I am there. She isnt doing bad, just working on that clutch feel.
  3. BTW, if you see this car out behaving poorly in traffic (missed shift, slow to go at the light) take it easy, the wifey has never driven a manual before. She is learning though. Ill try to bring it out sometime after I wash it, usually a friday.
  4. Crap, I was going to drive the V on monday. Oh well, truck it is
  5. Tires are the same size front and back, just the camera angle makes it look off. I have been to the FAQ before I bought so I knew what bugs to look for. Some interesting stuff on there, and a few well worth while tricks. As far as the color, IIRC the production was less than 10% in the red. She loves the pin stripe, so no plans to change that.
  6. For some reason this thread reminds me of a little red festiva.
  7. Should have drank more milk..... J/K, hope the shot works and you dont need to go under the knife. Although you could use the scar on ladies "This is where I took a bullet once"
  8. Wow. Since he would have a hard time denying having a firearm in a liquor establishment, could they hit him with a felony? Then maybe the Bungals could pick him up.
  9. Not the best shots in the world, I am not a profesional photographer. http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d117/lustalbert/HPIM2817.jpg http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d117/lustalbert/HPIM2818.jpg Basicly stock, 344 @ the wheels I had IPS do the shifter and drop in a new T stat, love how the new shiter feels like it is actuallty attached to the transmission now. Andy detailed it, night and day differance. If only he could do that to my truck. *By mine, I mean the wife gets to drive it, I get to pay for it and wash it.
  10. Was that a dead animal head I saw afixed to the bag pipes? 110% bad ass. I was waiting on the dude with the pipes to impale someone with them.
  11. Id buy the wifey a nice red 05 CTS-V. Wait......
  12. We have had the ULSD for 2 years now. 15ppm sulfur is the USLD standard, works fine with the newer diesels. The problem with ULSD: older engines are not liking it. some of the beloved VW TDIs (and for that matter any engine with a bosch VE pump) will have a tendancy to lose seals unless the pump is rebuilt with newer seals. Only $500ish plus the labor to remove and reinstall the pump. IIRC, by 2014, all on road and off road diesel will be ULSD, should be great for all the older agriculture equipment that will need pump seals updated.
  13. My bad. I had heard that they didnt sell, and havent seen one around anywhere. Wonder when I can find one in a wrecking yard, would be a nice swap into a ranger or S10.
  14. Love my V1. It is really handy to know when you are being watched.
  15. Pardner break open type? Barrel length?
  16. Or call the payphone and tell it to answer it. Then taser it. Wouldnt want it to fall off and hurt the sidewalk.
  17. Answering Inspector general inquiries and congresional complaints takes a lot of time.
  18. You could prototype it with wood to verify the single ring design. So your stock peice is 8"x8"x1"? I have a smaller metal lathe and a mill with a rotary table. PM me if intrested.
  19. Can I mention the TH-425 again? 3 speed auto, you wont break it, typically has a BOP bellhousing. I have one laying around somewhere.... What are the DSM guys doing that actually arent breaking transmisons (other than leaving everything stock)
  20. Sadly the american appetite for diesel in a passenger car aplication was killed when Oldsmobile produced the 5.7 diesel. The engine itself was underpowered, and it did not have a water seperator in the fuel system, so injection pumps and blown headgaskets where a common issue. You can buy a diesel car here, but the market just dosent seem to want it yet (ewww, diesel is nasty) IIRC, The Jeep Liberty had a diesel option, and it got scrapped due to poor sales. I would love to see the big 3 figure out how to make a decent diesel compact pickup. Something in the 3L to 4L displacement would be nice, and should have no problem hitting 30 MPG and be able to actually tow something. (VW used to have something like this, was worthless for towing, but got 45MPG and could haul something in the bed) Also, with Diesel still averaging a dollar more a gallon, people are hesitant to buy, even if it is still cheaper per mile due to the increased fuel economy, the initial price of the diesel scares people away.
