Jeff I will jims just finalizing the schedule. I'm prety shure its the 12th. Once I get I final price ill start collecting and pay ahead to make shure. I have a potental top dragster comming and maybe a few of bill lutz local friends. One guy with a 3000hp camaro from oh wants to come as well.

Well I told him luts wants to bring the 67 out. I need full prep for a low 6 sec out law car to make it down safely. He gave me the price. I told him add 1000 plus at least 5 cars so for going for license. I think he got the point! :-)

This should put us 2 weeks away from the normal cr rental too.

Ok just got off the phone with jim layton. The new schedule is not complete yet. But he said if we do a fri it keeps cost down. April 12th subject to change. For now. Will be both lanes 9 to 5 stay fo free tnt . Just like our normal rental end of april. I told him we have a lot of very quik cars, all 10.99 and quicker no street tires. Dr and slicks only.and we need the safest baddest hooking track, and will pay extra for it. And we have a few cars comming for licenses. So pencil this on your schedules. Not concrete. But april 12th. 9 to 5 2 lanes full prep. Once he iorns down the date ill get a deff cost.

Ok bill lutz said he and his sone will come. They are both can sign for license. So with one track official we have enuf. Now we need to lock in a date time and such. I'm gona keep calling till I get jim. Or if anthony does. I don't know how many they will allow to come but spots will go damn quick. Dan u can go for your comp license durring the rental. That's when I'm doing it. There is usually one license holder at the track. We need 2 more to sign for our license. Also a complete physical.

id price both. I know there are some that would be skiddish at 100 ea but most won't. Id ask both ways or if I talk to him I can ask. If we could rock 2 lanes 40 cars. That's 0 wait time in the lanes damn near. I'm gona look at others schedules too. Make shure its not on a big even weekend. We have like 30 people on this board alone in the 10s. I want what's fair. Also correct me if I'm wrong but you can test for your comp super comp license at a track rental as well. I'm going after mine for 8.50s and slower. Dan with your mph a tech guy will require a cert chassis window net and parachute. All required t 135 so hopefully it is bill in the chair!

If it runs on drag radials yes its good. Yes ant I'm setting up another track day. But for cars that don't have street tires. And yes we are paying for more prep. I'm up to almost 40 people now. Most are not cr members but racers from all over ohio. Plus hoping to keep it small 40 maybe a 50 car max.

U mean drag radial awd or just a street tire? Its a group so id have to ask. Street tires kill a starting line quick but awd might be ok. If it leves hookin an not blowing the tires off.
