Not quite 8s at 120. On my 8.90s passes with a 1. 29 60ft was 125 and to 127mph 1/8th. But I'm shure once u leave with some boost you will be a 8 sec car easy. Your 149 was close too. My lowest mph on a 8 sec pass was 151. And my 1/8th et is 5.65 to 5.77 but some passes were diff boost level and not full passes.

U could do a piston swap. A mild cam and get some head work. Make awsome low end tq and have a real fun truck. A all original truck is worth some money too.

That pic is perfect classic truck made modern. And it would be a blast to drive. Ps don't do 20s. My e opinion

Swear to god u put 20s on a perfect classic truck like that u should be drug around by said truck till ur skin falls off. Really 20s on a new truck who gives a shit. Old classic. A pair of staggerd wheels like a 17 front 18 rear lowered for a touring look is amazing. Id keep the 396 and give it some power. That's a sharp truck id love to do a old classic like that but make it look good not gawdy.

When u go into the pan if u drill and tap for an fittings tap it so a -10 return will fit 1/2"npt tap. Also drill directly below a side main cap bolt that will return the oil between the cranks throws and reduce windage. Also u should change the rod bolts so doing the drain then is very easy. Are u testing the truck mai kit.

Poblem really isint the fact that its a turd to 5000 but 520 whp andonly 400tq. They would be way better off shifting the powerband down to pick up tq. That's the issue with most imports. They can scream up top but no tq.

K&n cold air fipk it and all aftermarket system for speakers. I just don't need 5 vehicles anymore and could use the money for dp on our house. Its not a show truck but its in very good shape compared to other 97s I've seen and way less miles. I've owned it for 6 yrs and put 30000 I believe

Those pics are pre lift and alignment. I got the tires and didn't like the look so I installed the 2.5" lift kit. Paint is glossy very little rust like small spot on back door corner. Not bad but u can see it. Truck is in good shape otherwise its beed a great tow vehicle and winter machine. Best vehicle in snow I've ever drove. I'll snap some new pics of the lift. Its very noticable diff. I'm at work now but this morning ill snap a few from diff angles.

Its a clear oh title. Kbb good value is 4000. This truck has only 174000 miles 350 v8. 4x4 4door. Leather grey int black ext. Has a new skyjacker 2.5" lift 285/75/16 tires w less than 3000 miles. Tires were 800 and lift wias 500 w new shocks. It also has new power bass mids highs in all 4 doors 6.5" 4x10 rear and 4 kicker comp 12s in a custom box. Has 1 farid cap and 2000 watt amp. Truck isint a perfect truck but is verynice for its age. An looks good with the bigger tires and lift. I'm starting at 3800 obo buying a house and I already have 5 other vehicles.
