Popping through the carb is lean through the exh rich that's the same carbed or fi. Fyi I LoVe Carbs! Accel pump on a edelbrock just has a little seal. Pop the top of the carb off and get the marine accel pump it adds more volume for pump. Also u can use the bottom of the 3 holes for a longer pump shot. But it sounds like the carb may just need cleaned.

Awsome I see the 60 ft is getting better and your 1/8th mile is comming along nice. By next season and more testing u should. Deff be aplayer in x275. can't believe a 275 going 1.10 60ft ispossible and 1.15 to 1.18 commonplace

my plans for the winter are to add the anti roll bar ive had for 2 yrs, get it on a set of scales to move some weight arround, and change piston rings back to low tension, add a vacume pump and way smaller cam so it will make power past 15psi. the cam is the only thing left to try
