ohio has a ton of fast street cars id be willing to bet we see a low 8 but trails will be crap in june and all the heat with 0 prep. id say just pay asap when the link goes up and have fun. i would run true street every weekend its by far the funnest class ever.

 

i paid 100 for the forum wars. and evan though i spun first round i had fun

fat tires ttfmf, just kidding arround. my truck likes track prep and me and trails dont always agree on the power im trying to put down.

i know drag radials are the shit these days. but there are a lot of us old school people with street cars that are tubbed. u have to remember when i tubbed my s10 16 yrs ago there wasent a drag radial. unless u were on a z rated street tire. i love tubed cars and a lot of people still do. i have full interior, stock dash door pannels, sound deadner, headliner, and a stereo. onlything that makes me not a every day street car is, the wear and tear on the parts, and with my 6" cowl hood i had to take wipers off or cut the hood. i have high beams low beams horn full lights, ins the works.

really if u cant outrun my 9 sec 3900 lb s10 truck ur doing someithing wrong!

just so u guys know dustin with the gold nova wants to do this and so does shawn with the silver bullet nova.

we all have cars that dont require between rd maint, battery chargers of any other bs. we can run all night with the hoods on if need be. thats how we did true street at marion. we were allowd bottle changes, tire pressure, and adding fuel.

let me know and ill tell them. im shure with mike and us thats a garentee of 4 cars for it.

for quick 8 not the grudge stuff. they would proably be into that though.

Steve if i was u id ask for all the broken parts back. Takes a lot to actually break a internal th400 Part. Exp to the point u need a whole th400for parts.

u have to send it to a cam mfg. nobody else will have the proper tools

i had a filter on mine forever and tried the headlight feed i saw no diff.

wait till you have kids that depend on you. changes the way u look at street racing and other. bs. here is what i recomend. make it fast and enjoy the hell out of driving it. dont worry about who is faster because there is always someone faster. we cant all be john force. I sometimes think of selling the s10 because all the money and work involved. but the few times a yr i get to play at the track its fun.

I'm prety shure there just cast iorn manifolds.

There the common truck manifolds everyone uses for turbo kits. I'm mocking a turbo kit for a friend. But I don't have agood enuf welder to do the v bands on manifolds. Also once the system is mocked he's taking it somewhere to be welded.

I have a set of gm truck manifolds 6l non egr. I want v bands welded on. Have u ever done this if so price and what material v bands do I need.

Bump and price drop to 3600. Don't have to sell but also don need it. Perfect for towing race cars or a winter driver with 4x4. I drove it yr round up until I bought the camaro.

We did this once before called forum wars. Basicly its a heads up race on a .400 pro tree. Cars bust be registered and ready for a 25 mile cruise. Then straight back to track in the lanes. Changes are limited to adding fuel changing tire pressure. Or changing bottles. No battery chargers or taking off your hood. So far we have 4 def people. We want a 16 car field. With a pro style bracket. 100 dollar buy in. This was a ton of fun last time.

I've ran mt sportsman frons for 16 yrs. They are great front runners. And unlike any street skinny u will find they will go 150s all day long and not explode!

Outside of a little 500 or so rpm window looks like casey made more. I just bought a slp loudmouth for mine. Ill proably swap in a bullet muffler to knock it back a little. Mostly the flowmaster is too quiet at idle and part throttle. Sounds goodat wot I think. Mine is currently wo a tune.
