Well it was about time to get my Citizenship taken care so the family and I went to the courthouse downtown and with about 60 other people went through the process today to become citizens. I took my Oath of Allegiance to the good old USA,they played the song God Bless the USA - I'm Proud to be an American and it did get me a bit. Thanks.

I went there to look at a Pilot this summer the owner "was selling for a friend" but it was far from retail ready and priced too high, the owner seemed reasonable though. I got the feeling it was as much a repair shop/wheel place as they had a few bays out back and working on fixing cars.

FWIW I asked a dealer I do business with what is their price at auction on a 1 yr old Honda Pilot,their auction buy price was 33k before they even put in on to their lot. I did not bother looking for a used after that and negotiated on new... its srewey but something about Honda not giving incentives and holding value. Cliffs.... used car 95% cost of brand new

Whats my Deck wash/mould solutions? ....pun intended....primarily to clean the black mould from a painted deck? Ideally I would like to spray something and hose or power wash it off to get rid the of it that way,did a section with plain old vinegar and soap by hand and to do the rest of it this way would take all day.

Surprised nobody mentioned what Microcenter has yet......we installed a Swann system with 4 wired infrared cameras with 2TB for and has been rock solid,I think we paid $350 2 years ago and was ok deal to install. Go check these guys out and DIY https://www.siteone.com/home/locations.aspx I wish I could show you the excuse for soil was when we built with Rockford,we got 50% rocks lots of clay and some clean dirt as a afterthought,miracle anything could grow in it let alone look good. Aeration to get air into the clay helped seeding and getting the root system deep with Fescue was the winning formula for us,still learning this stuff but we got a good grip on it.

Update...well after driving the school bus around for the last month it fixed itself ! After 5 x drain and fills with Max life synthetic ATF and a bottle of Lube gard all is well!
