you also might need to have the F lock turned off, I have a microsoft keyboard and that makes a difference

press the button that says PrtScn, then go into paint and press Ctrl + V (shortcut for paste) and it will paste your screen into paint. If you need something more in depth try a program called CamStudio, it is opensource and completely free.

Get ahold of 360IROC on here, I believe his name is Kevin. He was able to help me out for very cheap considering the amount of damage that was done. He was also able to fix it when everyone on here said it was trash.

On a serious note though. Have you actually used the train signal to prep for the network plus? if so did you go through and watch all the videos or just take the practice test questions until you knew all the answers?

Does anyone here have any software to study for the Network + exam? Or if you have any guide lines on how to study for it if you have already taken it? I already have my A+. Please don't post saying how this cert is worthless, I already know that, but my boss wants me to have it by the end of the year so I need to start studying.
