how do you unlock the upgrades on page 2? i have page 2 but i have 1 final upgrade that i can't get unlocked.

You could install your own on a 5 speed and just bypass the safety switches, just make sure you leave the car in neutral every time.

Apparently if you get a black hole and feed it dealers a baby will show up in the master dealers hands. if you click the baby it will also unlock page 2 of upgrades.

yea it was just rain in delaware/radnor then as i went further down 23 it got heavier and heavier with snow. weird that the city would have the snow and not the country. Cities tend to retain heat better

I had this same thing happen to me. except i hit a completely sober Pakistani girl that had been in the country for less than a week and just stepped off the curb and bounced off the hood of my fire bird. looking back now it's hilarious, but at the time i was freaking the fuck out cause i just hit a person!

I was hit once and they guy took off cause he was wasted. Luckily i had the plate and i called the cops and filed the report and they found him and his insurance paid for everything. Ended up being some kid and his parents owned the car. I'd say you have a good shot at getting his insurance to cover since they will only have your side of the story when you file the report.
