how fast should an accord be?

my car worked best with ET Streets, if you dont take off sideways all the time or spin em from a roll alot they dont wear that bad. I drove on mine all last summer. the balder they get the better they are.

i would check into the warranties. ive had to have the wire feed control knob replaced on my snap on welder

it would probably be a map off a GN , but im not sure

its all about sellin more headers to people who look under their car!

do you want a full port & polish(bowls,runners) or just port match. I know John Kirk he works mostly on small block fords but he ported the cyl. heads for my Cavalier. and he is cheap, if you want me to get a hold of him let me know.

Is the motor is balanced and you machine .010 the metal is removed evenly so the motor would remain balanced. If you had an external balance motor and you changed the flywheel then you would have had it balanced to match the old one!

I have a 94 HONDA ACCORD with a f23(2001). I am supposed to race a lincoln ls sunday.I need some tips to find some power. The car has cold air,DC sports header,aem cam gear,21/4 exhaust w/a 3in high flow cat. I dont have alot of money right now,so timing and valve adj. might help a little,i dont know im not used to hondas (its the wifes car)

I have the same problem with hooker super comps.

J.W. Transmissions makes adapters, you have to machine the bell housing off of yours and it bolts on where the pump bolts in. I dont know if they make one for your's but its worth a shot.

Sounds like it could be a timing related issue.Let us know how your plugs look!

Its definatly not supposed to be hard to turn.Check your cam bearings,if you know someone you trust to install them you can borrow my installer kit.If you need them!

You could go to engine rebuilder supply and see Billy Rowe, he's been racin for years and knows his shit! Or you could call Phillips Racing Engines in grove city, he used to work for napa- tell him John from Firestone sent ya!

i just want the car to run right for the wife.Once i get the turbo on the car i cant have alot of drivability issues.I have heard that someone at Roby MITSU. has a 98 accord with a turbo F23 does anyone know who this is?

Ive been running a 125 shot for 3 years, never had a problem until i rebuilt the motor last year i had about 500 on it and dropped a valve. i dont think the machine shop had the locks in all the way.

Hey I have a 94 Accord and I was wondering where the best place to go to get inforamation and pricing on Hondata. Is Hondata the best way to tune the car or should I do a Vafc hack? I am trying to put a Turbo on the car. Do you have any other suggestions?

I have a 90 Z24 w/250,000mi 2.5in exhaust,flowmaster/cold air/160 t-stat/single fogger nozzle(nos) Z28 fuel pump and a bad trans it still ran 14.20s @ 94. Its almost back together with a new motor and trans.

I work at firestone and i have seen dex-cool tear up water pumps, intake gaskets,etc.I would have it flushed to green.Is your car m6 or a4? If its a m6 gm recommends atf(could go synth.)or syncromesh from gm.As for the alignment high caster makes it handle beter at high speeds.Go slightly positive on camber for stability. Go close to 0deg. on toe so when it lifts the wheels dont turn in too much. Be sure not to go out of specs.

I am installing a tdo5 mitsubishi turbo on my f23 because the price is right. The wife needed her car a little faster. I think i can do it for half of what a H22 cost. I already have a manifold,turbo,hook up at a exhaust shop.I normally deal with nos not turbos, so i'm having trouble trying to figure out the size injectors and engine management.Can i use dsm injectors?

i have a 94 accord f23 need some ideas on fuel/spark/size injectors. does anyone have any used parts? can i use 440cc dsm injectors?
