    I've heard stories of people renting the Hertz Mustang's back in the '60s and swapping the engines into their plain Mustangs before taking the rentals back with the less powerful engine in it.

    Here's something I can't figure out in Donnie Darko: What does the fat guy in the jogging suit symbolize? I've asked some friends who also like the movie and they aren't sure, either. Just thought I'd throw it into the discussion.

    It's definitely my favorite movie, or pretty close to it. This is pretty much what I took from the ending of the movie, after seeing it like 5 times.

    I did just that, and it's much better than the other video. Talk about having nerves of steel. With so much focus on safety in racing these days I'm suprised the Hill Climb still takes place.

    Damn, that was pretty cool. The car sounds fantastic. It did look like he wasn't pushing the car as hard as it could have been. But, he was on public roads.

    Yeah, basically all the same models are back this year, but most manufacturers have pulled out. These cars are being run by independent racing teams instead of being factory backed.

    That was great. Speaking of WRC, did Speed completely drop it? They've been through 3 rounds so far and none was aired on Speed, that I could find.

    I think I can see the Mercedes emblem on the valve covers. And that belt driven accessory on the right side looks pretty dated. I'd say late '50s.
